An 18 year old single barrel bourbon named after the Reverend Elijah Craig, credited with discovering the benefits of ageing bourbon in charred barrels. This is a rich and delectable whiskey, the barrels are hand selected by the Master Distiller Parker Beam. Aged oak, spiced vanilla, with notes of mint and chocolate on the nose. Richly textured, nutty, and semisweet. Initial bursts of honey give way to toasted wood and pleasant char. Lively and engaging, then lingers with vanilla and pepper.

Elijah Craig is proud to continue our legacy on the golf course as the Official Bourbon of the 2025 PGA Championship. This historic tournament will take place at Quail Hollow Golf Club in Charlotte, North Carolina, from May 15-18, bringing together the best in the game—and the best in Bourbon.

To commemorate this partnership, we’re releasing a special version of our award-winning Small Batch. The bottle features exclusive design elements, including the official 2025 PGA Championship logo, a gold coin cork, and a label that proudly displays Elijah Craig’s designation as the tournament’s Official Bourbon. Each bottle is crafted from barrels specially selected from Heaven Hill Distillery’s Q and H1 rickhouses, nodding to Quail Hollow’s place in championship history. This limited-edition release will be available nationally on an allocated basis starting in March 2025

We’re also bringing one-of-a-kind experiences to fans at Quail Hollow, including the return of the Elijah Craig Speakeasy, our immersive on-course activation where spectators can enjoy handcrafted cocktails, interactive moments, and an inside look at what makes Elijah Craig a standout Bourbon. Fans will also find us featured at general concessions, as well as throughout out of home advertisements in the greater Charlotte area leading up to the Championship.

As Golfs Signature Sip, Elijah Craig is proud to announce the release of our new limited edition Toasted Barrel Bourbon: finished in European toasted oak barrels to commemorate the 2023 Ryder Cup in Rome, Italy. This release is an exciting continuation of our multi-year partnership as the Official Bourbon and Worldwide Supplier of the biennial competition: representing a marriage of the U.S.

This particular bottle was released only at the heaven hill experience gift shop.  It is the ONLY Elijah Craig barrel proof ever released in the standard 12 year white label bottle. This is the first barrel proof release ever for the elijah craig lineup and the next version had the same bottle design but the darker label stating elijah craig barrel proof.

To sip Barrel Proof is to experience Bourbon in its purest form: uncut, straight from the barrel, and without chill filtering. Each bottle is labeled with its unique proof and batch number; but the nose, taste, and finish are pure Elijah Craig.
