Distilled from a 400 year old recipe, Chartreuse Green Liqueur is crafted by Carthusian monks in a monastery in the French Alps and is the only liqueur in the world with a completely natural green color. Aged in large wooden casks of varied, undisclosed origins for several years, this delicious liqueur has been dubbed as the "elixir of long life" by some and is an excellent digestive aid or cocktail mixer. Only two Chartreuse monks know the identity of the more than 130 plants used in this blend, as well as how these ingredients are to be macerated and distilled to produce its one-of-a-kind green-gold color. Chartreuse Green earned a score of 96-100 points from Wine Enthusiast and cited it as one of the Top 50 Spirits of the Year, establishing this luscious liqueur as a truly unique addition to any collection or a perfect end-of-meal treat!

Aromas of fruit, baked fully-ripened agave, green olive, and earth are invitingly present. Slightly brighter and a touch more rustic than the regular blanco, the accents of butter, olive, earth, black pepper, and vegetal qualities in the flavor are enhanced because it comes straight from our small copper pot still, without adding water prior to bottling.

For years, the only way to sample this was to visit our distillery in Tequila, Jalisco. Until now.

• T8ke's Tasting Notes: Bright, spritely, expressive: beautiful peppers and spice pop on the nose: poblano, sweet bells and the tiniest pop of serrano join creamy, fresh, raspberry and orange sorbet, key lime, bright honeysuckle and vanilla bean on the nose. Wildly unique, bright, fresh, enticing. Rich on the palate, peppers pop first while some white pepper joins in the mix. There's a creamy, vanilla, dessert character on the palate that pairs nicely with the chiles and bells, the hint of citrus and touch of spice. Almost like a dallop of chile ice cream where it's rich and fatty, sweet, layered, with just a hint of contrasting flavor throughout - here it's the pop of citrus fruit and bell pepper, not the spice itself. Long finish, sweet and fresh, crisp and a pop of salinity and minerality cleanses the palate and leaves lovely citrus. This is a wild batch, perfect to close out the year with.

Pappy Van Winkle was a true character. This bourbon, like Pappy, is full of the character that makes it a very special whiskey

We're proud to introduce a new collection of extra-aged, ultra-premium American Whiskeys to our portfolio. The Heaven Hill Heritage Collection exemplifies the true craftsmanship, patience and consistency that are hallmarks of our almost 90 years of whiskey-making traditions. With new editions released every spring, this collection features Straight American Whiskeys from one of our six traditional mashbills. Ages vary by release but all editions feature our oldest stocks of barrels.

The 2024 release of the Heaven Hill Heritage Collection is an 18-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. Bottled without chill filtering, this 120 proof Whiskey showcases our Bourbon mashbill of 78% corn, 10% rye and 12% malted barley. As noted on the label for added transparency, this year’s release consists of 133 barrels that were produced in December 2005 and aged on the third floor of rickhouse 1I.
