Double Double Oaked is the result of finishing mature Woodford Reserve Double Oaked for an additional year in its second, heavily toasted lightly charred new oak barrel. The extra year in the barrel creates a bourbon that is distinctly spicier than its original counterpart, known for its sweeter taste and finish.

Woodford Reserve Master's Collection Chocolate Malted Rye 90.4 Proof (45.2% ABV) is a high-intent 2019 technical release from the Woodford Reserve Distillery (the historic Distillery No. 52). Marking the 15th installment in this annual series, this expression highlights an advanced grain-science concept by altering the chemical makeup of the grain before fermentation. Utilizing a specialized mash bill of 70% corn, 15% chocolate malted rye, and 15% distillers malt, the rye portion was roasted to a precise level where the grain sugars caramelized.
