Mature in age and truly exceptional in quality, Michter’s 10 Year Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon has earned its place as an enduring favorite of the most discerning whiskey connoisseurs. The “Best American Whiskey” according to Food & Wine magazine, our 10 Year Single Barrel Bourbon represents the culmination of over a decade of patient aging in our specially chosen, new charred American white oak barrels. Sweet and grainy: corn bread slathered in honey, johnnycakes with cherry jam. Fizzy cream soda mixed with a bit of varnish segues into warm leather and a hint of summer-warmed dry grass, which is amplified with water. This is a very well-integrated whiskey with a lovely balance between creamy and spicy. There’s a full, rich, toffee sweetness throughout, balancing the earthy, humus-like bass notes in the mid palate. The finish is also very reminiscent of soda pop, almost giving the impression of carbonation, with a lingering muted spiciness.

A wheated recipe bourbon, aged on the highest warehouse floors for eight years and bottled at 95 proof. A light aroma with citrus and oak on the nose. The palate is well rounded and balanced, with a medium-long finish and hints of vanilla. Expect distinct, full-bodied flavor in the celebrated tradition of Weller's wheated bourbon. Weller Single Barrel has a nose of cherry and mint, fading to vanilla. Caramel and baking spices with hints of cocoa explode on the palate, with a finish of cinnamon, coffee, and a hint of pepper.

A Japanese exclusive release of Blanton's Gold. These Takara bottles are documented to be aged about 2 years longer than normal Blanton's gold. These can be distinguished from the standard Blanton's gold through the dark red wax and the box that is intended for display purposes. Blanton's Takara Gold Edition Bourbon is one of the rarest and most sought-after Blanton's releases in circulation

An 18 year old single barrel bourbon named after the Reverend Elijah Craig, credited with discovering the benefits of ageing bourbon in charred barrels. This is a rich and delectable whiskey, the barrels are hand selected by the Master Distiller Parker Beam. Aged oak, spiced vanilla, with notes of mint and chocolate on the nose. Richly textured, nutty, and semisweet. Initial bursts of honey give way to toasted wood and pleasant char. Lively and engaging, then lingers with vanilla and pepper.

Two well-bred ryed bourbons and one finished bourbon each complementing the others in this, our 10th edition pact. In honor of this double-digit milestone, we’ve achieved a double finish. The first finish was perfected in Cabernet Franc barrels, with the second refined in Merlot casks.

Washingtonian Magazine named Rock Hill Farms "The World's Greatest Bourbon." This smooth bourbon is defined by the lush and rolling Kentucky landscape.

A masterful union of three well-bred bourbons. One, a 14-year extra-aged ryed bourbon. Two, an 8-year ryed bourbon. And three, another 8-year ryed bourbon, finished in sauternes wine casks from the Bordeaux region of France for a balance of sweetness with additional spice.

Our finest, high age statement, barrels of hand selected Kentucky Bourbon make up our most storied release. This is our first Limited Edition Cask Strength release, blended to release as a bold, nuanced pour that's full of dark cherries, cocoa, cola and tobacco.

Hibiki means “Resonance” in Japanese. From its launch in 1989 to commemorate the 60th Anniversary of Suntory, Hibiki embodies the Suntory philosophy to live in harmony with nature and people. As the Founding House of Japanese Whisky and A House of Master Blenders, the House of Suntory has gone to great lengths to explore the breadth and depth of what Harmony can mean for a blend. Every Hibiki expression is one of the most sought after blends in the world where every Hibiki expression is meticulously crafted for us to discover a different kind of Harmony. Achieving the right balance and orchestration proved to be a great challenge from the start since the Sakura cask is one with strong character that can easily become overbearing. 

After much trial and error, we found that the grain whiskies finished in the Sakura cask best elevated the overall balance as a Blossoming Harmony slowly unfolding. The end result is a particularly unique expression of Hibiki. The invitation of an enticing floral bouquet, followed by the signature Hibiki depth and complexity of honey, candied orange peel, jasmine and chocolatey decadence, all climaxing to a surprising finish of bitter sweet spicy notes.

Release number 4 from Rising tide spirits consists of 4 different variations. 

This variation of the highly limited and sought after release is hand curated barrel proof single barrels of rye.  This is the first time a rye has been featured in the rising tide spirits lineup and we could not be more excited to showcase this!  This is a pot still rye containing single barrels aged 12 or 13 years.   This is the first and ONLY time this Old Stubborn rye will be released.
