Bottled in 2015, Forged Oak is one of seven vintages of Diageo's Orphan Barrel Series. A pillar of strength rooted in time and wisdom, Forged Oak was found while foraging through the historic Stitzel-Weller rickhouses. This Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey spent 15 contemplative years in charred American white oak barrels.

Release number 4 from Rising tide spirits consists of 4 different variations. 

This variation of the highly limited and sought after release is hand curated barrel proof single barrels of potstill wheated bourbon.  Aged 11 to 14 years.

Batch 3 - Golden Piggybank

Named after the New Orleans bartender who first used rye whiskey in the Sazerac Cocktail, this uncut and unfiltered Straight Rye Whiskey is bottled directly from the barrel, just as it was over a century ago. Full of rich flavors, this authentic American rye whiskey is a symbol of the timeless history of New Orleans and the legacy of Thomas H. Handy.

This seventh edition of the Old Fitzgerald Bottled-in-Bond Series holds an 8-year-old age statement and is bottled at 100 proof. It is comprised of barrels produced in the Spring of 2013, and bottled in the Spring of 2021. The packaging was inspired by an original 1950's Old Fitzgerald diamond decanter, and pays homage to the history of the brand being traditionally bottled in artistic decanters of all shapes and sizes. The green label features the time-honored graphic of a key, commemorating an important element in original labels and the brand's slogan since the 1940's, "Your Key To Hospitality"!

Weller 12 Years Old Year Of The Snake is a limited-edition bottling of Weller, the original wheated bourbon, released exclusively for the Taiwanese market to celebrate the Year of the Snake. Weller is made with wheat instead of rye in the mash bill, giving the bourbon its signature sweet, gentle and smooth character. A long maturation in new oak casks brings complex flavors of vanilla, oak and cinnamon. Weller 12 Years Old Year Of The Snake is presented in a special tube with a gorgeous snake design.

Rhetoric 24 Year Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is the fifth in the Rhetoric Series of progressively aged whiskeys from the Orphan Barrel Whiskey Distilling Company. Diageo's Orphan Barrel Whiskey Distilling Company is a series of bottles that came from barrels that were abandoned or forgotten at rickhouses and distilleries. Aged 5 years longer than the first release, it is slightly more mature and carries a 90.6 proof. The whiskey will continue to be progressively aged and were re-released annually at a year older.

Rare Character Exceptional Series 9 Year Old Wheated Straight Bourbon Whiskey - The Bourbon Concierge Private Selection Single Barrel

The Bourbon Concierge exclusive private barrel of Rare Character Exceptional Series Wheated Straight Bourbon.  Aged 9 years and bottled at barrel proof: 127.54 proof, 63.77% ABV.  

About This Barrel: This is arguably the hottest private barrel brand in the market today and these exceptional series releases are pulled from their most desirable, premium stocks. This Wheated bourbon is full bodied and has tons of flavor with notes of cinnamon and brown sugar with an incredible, never ending finish.  

Crafted in the heart of the Manitoba wilderness, Entrapment captures the promise of adventure and freedom. Entrapment, a jack of all trades, makes its mark but leaves no trace behind. Bright candied lemon zest, rich caramels, and plenty of char notes. It has that ‘smelling the inside of a barrel’ note that’s common in older whiskies, though dissipates quickly within the glass. There’s a nice weight to the nose. It’s reminiscent of old wine in that same way. The palate is a fresh sharp twist of a cut lemon, smack-dab hit on the face. It’s aggressive. The peppery spicy notes warm the palate, offering a electrified hug. The sweet buttery caramel notes we’re accustomed to from Gimli Distillery aren’t there until later in the sip.

At 92 proof & one of our oldest whiskeys, this is the first WhistlePig product finished in Vermont Estate Oak harvested right from our farm. Vermont oak has more rings than the standard oak used in whiskey barrels, and each ring is an opportunity to impart more flavor and depth in the whiskey. Some time ago at the historic Stitzel-Weller Distillery, the unthinkable happened. A batch of beautiful 17-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon was accidentally mixed with barrels of much younger whiskey. This error turned out better than expected, as the older bourbon wasn’t marred but transformed into something surprisingly special. Beginning with a nose hinting at apple skin, almond, toffee, raisins, and slight milk chocolate, The Gifted Horse has unique tastes of creamy caramel, Bosc pear, and fruit cake. This unusual blend’s fruity notes become more apparent with a splash of water.

Rhetoric 20 Year Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is the first of the Rhetoric brand releases from the Orphan Barrel Whiskey Distilling Company. Diageo's Orphan Barrel Whiskey Distilling Company is a series of bottles that came from barrels that were abandoned or forgotten at rickhouses and distilleries. Aged 20 years and the first of the Rhetoric Series, this has become one of the most sought after Orphan Barrel bottles due to its scarcity. Each sip starts with a smoky, leathery nose that translates into vanilla oak, toasted rye, and dried fruits, and concludes with a long, full finish of cherry blossom and bitter chocolate.

Tears of Llorona begins with the fine edge of high altitude, slow growth agaves from Jalisco, then layers in the rich complexities of five years in a sequence of very distinct barrels - scotch, sherry & cognac. The initial impression is one of exceptional smoothness, blending vanilla, coffee, chocolate with the distinct but soft agave presence. This is followed by delicate citrus and smoky notes and cinnamon. A velvet gentle combination of sophistication and layered flavor notes.
