Ed Bley needs no introduction in the world of spirits, lauded for his impact and tenure running one of the country's top liquor stores.

His latest project, under the Rising Tide Spirits brand, is Old Stubborn. Old Stubborn is an 11 barrel marriage of 10, 11 and 13 year old wheated bourbon. Distilled on a pot still and bottled at cask strength, this release is a limited time bottling, never to be produced again.
