The Profile: Deep Oak, Dark Sugars, and Total Balance

Thirteen years is the "sweet spot" for high-end bourbon. The corn-forward sweetness has deepened into dark molasses, and the wood tannins have evolved from a "bite" into a sophisticated, velvety framework.
