We’re proud to offer a special edition, pre-sale release of Georgetown Heritage Provenance Single Barrel Bourbon—personally selected by the Georgetown Heritage Board from the barrel vault at Provenance Estate, and offered in partnership to support the Georgetown Heritage mission of celebrating and elevating the history, heritage, arts and culture of Georgetown.

This exclusive 7-year Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey was handpicked during a Barrel-to-Bottle Experience at Provenance Estate, where the Georgetown Heritage Board explored a curated range of single barrels to select the one that best embodied the spirit of their work. The final choice is a beautifully balanced bourbon—rich, warm, and bold—reflecting the character and legacy of Georgetown itself.

Crafted from a classic Kentucky mashbill of 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley, this single-barrel selection was distilled in Kentucky, aged for seven years, and bottled at a robust 107 proof, offering depth, nuance, and an unmistakably expressive finish.

Proceeds from this bottle directly support Georgetown Heritage and its ongoing efforts to preserve and restore historic structures, while expanding educational programming that connects communities to the natural and cultural beauty of the region.

We created this whiskey in partnership with RdV, bringing together the best in Virginia wine and whiskey alike. Barrels of our high rye mashbill bourbon is bottled at barrel proof once it hit 9 years old. Bold baking spice, sweet honey, rich maple and Demerara sugar pop on the nose while deep tobacco, vanilla and decadent caramel shine on the palate. We produce Hunt Country to have a long, satisfying finish that ties together sweet dessert character and satisfying spice for a perfect pour.

This is a 9 year cask strength single barrel bourbon bottled through a collaborative distillery partnership we have with Middleburg Barrel Company in Virginia.   This is a super approachable cask strength bourbon coming in at 116 proof and full of brown sugar, ripe red fruits, and a nice kick of toasted vanilla oak on the palate.  This is a tremendous pour and an amazing value for the profile!

Bottled through a collaborative distillery partnership we have with Middleburg Barrel Company in Virginia, this is a 19 year cask strength single barrel bourbon, that while we cannot tell you specifically where it was distilled due to NDA's, comes from one of the top 5 volume producing Bourbon Distilleries in Kentucky located in Bardstown.  Our team hand selected a couple private barrels of this and this is the second barrel we are releasing.  These are extremely limited as with the age the angels took quite a share.  On the nose and palate this is sweet with definite oak tannins coming through.  It's robust and full bodied but approachable with a high proof.  It's absolutely stunning and extremely rare for what you can get on the market today!
