"I purchased Blantons with pick your letter stopper option as a gift for someone who needed the n’ stopper to complete his collection. When we opened the package the letter on the stopper was an n with no apostrophe. I was extremely disappointed because although the Blantons is a very nice gift I had paid extra to take the gift to another level. I’m not sure what you can do to correct this situation but I would like at the very least for you to send me the stopper with the n with the apostrophe. Thank you for your attention to this matter."

"I admit, I don’t know much about bourbon, but part of the reason I bought this was how attractive the bottle is. Unfortunately, before I even unwrapped it from the bubble wrap, the tail on the horse broke. When I felt it, it was clearly plastic and very fragile. I’m disappointed in my purchase."
