Terrible Bad Business
"Do yourself a favor and do not order from this company, order from and honest and replicable one. I purchased a bottle from The Bourbon Concierge and never received the item. For one it was over double the retail price and at the time I was ok with that because the bottle was hard to find. But when the shipping company they use UPS schedules a set time and date with you for delivery for signature and comes 2 hrs prior then the scheduled time twice is a scam. Now they send the bottle back and charge you return shipping. I called both companies and they said nothing could be done. My only option was to get it reshipped once The Bourbon Concierge received it which would end up costing me half the price of a retail bottle. So my other option was to get a refund minus the shipping cost and a restocking fee of 25%. So basically once its all said and done I get half my money back and no bottle. They also told me if UPS damages bottle they do not cover any reimbursement and I get nothing, they keep all the money. Sounds like a SCAM to me. Like I said please buy from a more honest and replicable company. Hope this helps. GOD BLESS"
