"Order this and was excited to see it online. Initial communication was good. They printed a label which gives tracking and a scan. Then nothing else as they never shipped it. Website says they ship fed ex - this scan is UPS. No point of deer is films or checks and they are saying since I did t pay more for protection insurance then we have to just wait on a claim. I've bought from several merchants online like Flaviar and never had an issue. Not once until now."
