A collaboration with renowned pastry chef Jordi Roca of three Michelin star restaurant El Celler de Can Roca, this release brings the worlds of chocolate and whisky to life. To create the first limited edition whisky in a new annual release series, The Macallan Whisky Maker Polly Logan embarked on a unique journey to Girona, Spain, where she immersed herself in the world of chocolate, exploring the chocolate-making process and uncovering the distinctive flavour profiles at Casa Cacao.

Polly worked with Jordi Roca, owner of the famed chocolate boutique and hotel, Casa Cacao and the youngest of the acclaimed Roca brothers. As part of the exploration, she also spent time with master chocolatier of Casa Cacao, Damien Allsop.

This special single malt is inspired by the Ethiopian Arabica bean. Ethiopia is claimed to be the birthplace of coffee as the Arabica bean was the first species of coffee to be cultivated. ​​ 

With a distinct coffee flavour, this whisky exudes notes of espresso, dark chocolate and sweet oak. The intensely flavoured single malt invites you to immerse yourself in a sensory journey through flavour and aroma.

The Macallan Classic Cut - 2019 Edition is the third edition in the limited annual series that celebrate our ongoing commitment to seek out the extraordinary and in doing so, create whiskies of unique character. This exceptional single malt whisky offers a dominant sweetness and balanced flavours, realised through its slightly higher ABV of 52.9%. 

The Macallan Diamonds Are Forever 55th Anniversary Release reunites The Macallan and James Bond, following The Six Decades of Bond Collection in 2022.

This release celebrates Bond’s connoisseurship of sherry wine through an unexpected selection of sherry and red wine seasoned oak casks, distilled in 2-007. A novel exploration of our pioneering characters, and an expression of the film's narrative where not everything is as it seems, bespoke hybrid sherry seasoned oak casks add to the complexity to uncover a whisky with glittering depth and character.

The Macallan Fine Oak 17 Years Old forms part of the Fine Oak range and is matured for a minimum of seventeen years in three exceptional oak cask types. This complex combination of casks delivers a flavour profile of exotic notes including tropical fruits, jasmine and citrus.
