Weller Full Proof Bourbon is a wheated bourbon distilled at the Buffalo Trace Distillery. Bottled at 114 proof, this is the same proof as when the spirit entered the barrel for maturation. The Kentucky straight bourbon is bottled without chill filtration. Baked apples and vanilla are showcased on the nose, along with fiery cinnamon. The palate offers vanilla bean, baking spices, sour cherries, and cassia bark. The finish turns to the drier and more medicinal side, with spearmint, tannic oak, leather, and milk chocolate truffles. Quite sippable despite the high proof, with a pleasantly lengthy finish.

Caramel, vanilla, butterscotch and cooked agave aromas practically jump from the glass in this highly-praised and perfectly-aged añejo. This tequila is so rich and complex that some people are even able to detect pineapple, peach, orange blossom, nutmeg, and raisin in the nose.

Once in your mouth, the full cooked agave experience continues with a thick and oily texture that coats your mouth in a very soothing way. Butterscotch, caramel, toffee, citrus, and hazelnuts are common flavors that people identify.

Distilled from a 400 year old recipe, Chartreuse Green Liqueur is crafted by Carthusian monks in a monastery in the French Alps and is the only liqueur in the world with a completely natural green color. Aged in large wooden casks of varied, undisclosed origins for several years, this delicious liqueur has been dubbed as the "elixir of long life" by some and is an excellent digestive aid or cocktail mixer. Only two Chartreuse monks know the identity of the more than 130 plants used in this blend, as well as how these ingredients are to be macerated and distilled to produce its one-of-a-kind green-gold color. Distilled in a single season, aged for thirteen years in federally bonded warehouses, and bottled at exactly 100 proof, this is a "Top-Shelf" bourbon with the structural integrity of a heavyweight champion and the elegance of a classic heirloom.

The Profile: Deep Oak, Dark Sugars, and Total Balance

Thirteen years is the "sweet spot" for high-end bourbon. The corn-forward sweetness has deepened into dark molasses, and the wood tannins have evolved from a "bite" into a sophisticated, velvety framework.

• Nose: A rich, inviting opening of warm praline, Madagascar vanilla, and charred cedar. Deep notes of brandied cherries and old library leather emerge, signaling its thirteen years of patient maturation.
