The 17th edition of Parker’s Heritage Collection consists of 10-year-old Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey bottled at full cask strength. The distillate entered the barrel at 125 proof in August, October, and December of 2012, and was aged across five different rickhouses and floors, including two rickhouses and one floor from our Heaven Hill main site in Bardstown, and three rickhouses and four floors from our Deatsville site. At bottling, the liquid was uncut and non-chill filtered to preserve the natural flavors of the aging process. A portion of proceeds will continue to support ALS research and patient care in honor of Parker Beam.
