The Macallan Fine Oak range 21 Years Old forms part of the Fine Oak range and is matured for a minimum of twenty one years in three exceptional oak cask types. This complex combination of casks delivers an intense and rich flavour profile with notes of vanilla and spice.

The Macallan Classic Cut - 2024 Edition has been bottled at 52.4% ABV and features notes of vanilla, tropical fruit and lemon.

The Balvenie French Oak 16 Year Old is a vibrant single malt finished in casks that previously held wine from the French Charentes vineyards. First Cask: 16 years of maturation in American Oak casks. Second Cask: Finishing in Pineau casks.

With each sip, a different flavour greets you. Find honeyed notes rippling across pools of caramelised orange. Or gardens of jasmine and lemon blossom, touched by the breeze. Or a rhapsody of warm figgy richness and orange marmalade depths, brushed by wisps of campfire smoke…

Smoothly creamy and really mouth-filling in texture, very sweet to taste at first then quickly drying, with a sprinkling of salt and a controlled smokiness. Drying in feel, and quite gentle. Fresh, clean phenols rise to the fore at once with aromas of a smoldering bonfire on a distant beach. Long, finally powerfully smoky and drying, with a twist of warming spice that also lingers in the aftertaste.

From Scotland’s tallest stills, Glenmorangie’s Quinta Ruban is first aged in ex-bourbon casks, which impart smooth, fruity notes. Transferred into specially selected ruby port pipes from Portugal’s finest estates, Quinta Ruban gains new depth, velvety textures and bold chocolate flavours. This whisky is non-chill-filtered to highlight its complex aromas and rich mouthfeel.

Dr Bill, our Director of Whisky Creation, was born with a taste for adventure. And with this single malt he sought to create a whisky as unpredictable as his travels.

Quinta Ruban is a whisky journey into the wild – a dark and delectable forest where the wind whistles with gusts of peppermint and dark swirls of chocolate can happen at any moment.

In our giraffe-high stills, it begins soft and fruity, then gets darker and deeper as we let it age for 14 years in bourbon casks and port casks from Portugal.

The finished whisky is a thicket of voluptuous flavour combinations. Walnut and black pepper. Mandarin orange and melted marshmallow. Dark chocolate bar and peppermint.

Like stepping into a chocolate-minty-orange unknown, the journey is as delicious as the destination.

Sweet, indulgent and wondrously creamy, our latest limited edition encapsulates the ice cream parlour’s delights. Glenmorangie A Tale of Ice Cream is the fifth release in our award-winning A Tale Of… series, which showcases our whisky creators’ relentless imagination.

Some time ago, Dr Bill began to imagine how he could capture the lavish flavours found in an ice cream parlour in a single malt, bringing out even more sweet and creamy vanilla-like flavours in Glenmorangie’s spirit. And after a host of experiments, he and Master Blender, Gillian Macdonald, united single malt aged in bourbon casks with our first whisky finished in high-vanillin casks. These new oak casks had been especially toasted to bring out more vanilla qualities; rippling with notes of ripe peaches, vanilla and coconut, A Tale of Ice Cream takes Glenmorangie’s sweet, fruity flavours to a decadent peak. This whisky’s pastel-toned presentation box evokes the mouth-watering hues, swirls of sauce, textures, and toppings found in the most luxurious ice cream parlours.

Laphroaig is an acquired taste for some, an essential taste for many - and for those who embrace it, a friend for life. Càirdeas means “friendship” in Gaelic. Every year we release a new limited edition bottling in honour of our Friends of Laphroaig.

Laphroaig Càirdeas 2023 White Port & Madeira is a limited-edition single malt that combines Madeira and white port casks. Three quarters of the whisky is matured in second-fill Madeira casks, releasing smoky, spicy and sweet fruit flavors. The final quarter has been finished in first-fill Port casks; the majority of these are white port, adding a hint of crisp fruit and deep woodiness to the flavor. Enjoy neat, over ice or with a few drops of purified water.
