Named after Master Distiller Emeritus Elmer T. Lee, this whiskey is hand selected and bottled to the taste and standards which were set forth by Elmer T. Lee himself. The nose brings notes of clove, vanilla, and old leather. The flavor balances fruit, honey and vanilla with a light spiciness. A long and warm finish.

This limited release is deeply mature and exceptionally complex, shaped by over two decades of patient aging. Bold yet refined, it stands as a rare testament to the enduring character and elegance that time alone can create.

In one of the most incredible modern day bourbon projects - The Bourbon Concierge represented by President Craig Limon was an integral piece of a group of industry professionals and high end consumers who won an auction donated by Buffalo Trace and the Van Winkle family in order raise funds for the devastation caused by the California wild fires. The auction generated almost a million dollars and was intended to be for the first ever hand selected single barrel of Pappy Van Winkle 15 year. This is not the first single barrel of Pappy Van Winkle 15 year, however it is as advertised by Buffalo Trace, the first actual selection of a single barrel.

Named for a stretch of rich farmland along the Kentucky River, Rock Hill Farms is a fine single barrel bourbon. The limestone waters of the Kentucky River that wind through Bluegrass country and alongside Buffalo Trace Distillery nourish the land and provide the distinct flavor to Rock Hill Farms.

Washingtonian Magazine named Rock Hill Farms "The World's Greatest Bourbon." This smooth bourbon is defined by the lush and rolling Kentucky landscape.

An 18 year old single barrel bourbon named after the Reverend Elijah Craig, credited with discovering the benefits of ageing bourbon in charred barrels. This is a rich and delectable whiskey, the barrels are hand selected by the Master Distiller Parker Beam. Aged oak, spiced vanilla, with notes of mint and chocolate on the nose. Richly textured, nutty, and semisweet. Initial bursts of honey give way to toasted wood and pleasant char. Lively and engaging, then lingers with vanilla and pepper.

Fizzy cream soda mixed with a bit of varnish segues into warm leather and a hint of summer-warmed dry grass, which is amplified with water. This is a very well-integrated whiskey with a lovely balance between creamy and spicy. There’s a full, rich, toffee sweetness throughout, balancing the earthy, humus-like bass notes in the mid palate. This year’s Parker’s Heritage Collection release is also named “Promise of Hope,” and is also unique in that it’s the first single barrel Bourbon to be released in the series. Parker Beam personally selected around 100 barrels from Heaven Hill’s inventory at his favorite spot for “honey barrels” in the company’s Deatsville maturation warehouses, the top tiers of Rickhouse EE. The whiskey is 10 years old, and bottled without chill-filtering at Parker’s preferred strength of 48% ABV. A perfectly balanced, sweet smelling nose. Hints of fruits and spice, enhanced with oak. Caramelized sugar, honey and maple stand out the most. A very complex splash of flavors when it hits the tongue. Caramelized sugar and apples, with dashes of sweet honey and maple syrup.As it settles on the back of your tongue, oak characteristics come into play. Caramel also begin to pull out over the sugars.

In honor of what would have been Elmer’s 100th birthday, a 100 proof commemorative bottling of Elmer T. Lee 100 Year Tribute Single Barrel Bourbon is being released by Buffalo Trace Distillery. This is a limited edition, one time only release with the same age and mashbill as the standard Elmer T. Lee, but this whiskey is bottled at 100 proof. The bourbon has the classic taste that Elmer would have loved, with a nose of maple syrup up front, a taste of creamy vanilla with berries, and a long finish of coffee, toasted oak, and vanilla.
