Aging our whisky for over 10 years wasn't something we ever did. Not because we didn't believe in it but because we hadn't found our way of doing it. Maker’s Mark® Cellar Aged defines an older whisky that’s distinctly Maker’s. By embracing both the unique impact that our warehouse and cellar maturation have on flavor, we've created an older expression that is richer and more complex whilst staying true to the founder's taste vision of bourbon without the bite. The 2024 Release of Cellar Aged is an artistic blend of 12- and 13-year-old barrels to achieve the taste vision for a brighter, fruiter and more complex Maker’s Mark.

A collaboration with renowned pastry chef Jordi Roca of three Michelin star restaurant El Celler de Can Roca, this release brings the worlds of chocolate and whisky to life. To create the first limited edition whisky in a new annual release series, The Macallan Whisky Maker Polly Logan embarked on a unique journey to Girona, Spain, where she immersed herself in the world of chocolate, exploring the chocolate-making process and uncovering the distinctive flavour profiles at Casa Cacao.

Polly worked with Jordi Roca, owner of the famed chocolate boutique and hotel, Casa Cacao and the youngest of the acclaimed Roca brothers. As part of the exploration, she also spent time with master chocolatier of Casa Cacao, Damien Allsop.

When our master blender discovered the last remaining stores of Orphan Barrel whiskies from years gone by, he thought it only fitting to share these whiskies with the world. He married the remaining stocks of Barterhouse, Forged Oak and various Rhetoric releases with aged rye and corn whiskies to create a masterful blend that pays homage to the original releases yet possesses a distinct profile all its own. This 14-year-old whiskey is a unique balance of age and flavor accenting the rich, creamy character of the orphaned bourbons with the spiciness of the aged rye whiskey. It begins with a burst of spice and delicately warms to a creamy richness with sweet notes of syrup and fruit.

Wiser's Oldest 18 Year Old Canadian Whisky (1958)

Very Olde St. Nick Straight Outta Bardstown 11 Year Old is a Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey from Preservation Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky.

Aged 11 years and bottled at cask strength, this release is part of Very Olde St. Nick’s Straight Outta Bardstown collection. Preservation Distillery describes the series as hand-selected from the top row of its barrel aging warehouse after sampling dozens of barrels, with releases produced in small 1–3 barrel batches.

The bottle itself identifies this expression as an 11 Year Old Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey and states that it was hand selected and bottled by Olde St. Nick Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky.

The whisky, created by The Macallan Whisky Mastery Team, is matured in a combination of first fill sherry seasoned American oak casks and refill sherry casks. 

These have been carefully selected to deliver the classic American oak flavours of vanilla, citrus and sweet oak, naturally derived from the cask during maturation, with a medium, sweet finish that delicately lingers.

Very Olde St. Nick 20 Year Ancient Rare Whiskey is a highly aged release from the storied Very Olde St. Nick label.

Aged 20 years and presented at 118.2 proof, this vintage-label bottling carries the distinctive Very Olde St. Nick Ancient Rare Whiskey presentation. The bottle identifies the whiskey as Rare Bourbon Whiskey and states that it was bottled in Kentucky by Olde St. Nick Distillery in Bardstown.

With its 20-year age statement, high proof and distinctive vintage presentation, this is a particularly noteworthy bottle for collectors of older Very Olde St. Nick releases.

Continuing the tradition of cross-category innovation, High West Distillery is partnering with Casa Noble Tequila on the release of The Noble Share, a blend of straight rye whiskeys finished in Marques de Casa Noble extra añejo barrels.  High West, the Park City-based distillery, is known for its meticulously sourced and thoughtfully blended whiskeys. Casa Noble is a fine tequila built on seven generations of mastery using innovative methods that honor modern Mexican culture. This collaboration is something that will appeal to both whiskey and tequila connoisseurs. The dichotomy of the brands and their respective regions is reflected on the label, mirroring one another yet displaying their vastly different geographies. This is an exciting collaboration for the Spirits community and High West is honored to blend its’ whiskey traditions with Casa Noble’s heritage and offer this new expression to consumers.

An artful blend of select barrels of Three Crosses Whiskey as well as barrels from other distilleries from Texas to Illinois. The blend of bourbons that experience very different aging environs result in a smooth and rich taste profile. Three Crosses Distilling will make a continuing donation of a portion of all bottles sales to the Shriners Children's Hospital.
