The 18th edition of the Parker's Heritage Collection® consists of 14-year-old Malt Whiskey aged in the upper floors of Rickhouses O and Q. Then, barrels that previously held Cognac were reconstructed to include a handful of new heavy toast staves. The Malt Whiskey was then rebarreled in the reconstructed barrels and aged for almost four months. Bottled at 107 proof without chill filtration, the rebarreling transforms the Malt Whiskey's earthy, herbal characteristics into complex notes of molasses, dark chocolate, and dried summer fruit.
18th Edition Tasting Notes
- Color: Polished Teak
- Nose: Oranges and summer fruit at first, then black, herbal tea. Dark chocolate and caramel.
- Taste: Rich and velvety, like fine port. Molasses and bittersweet chocolate followed by cloves and nutmeg.
- Finish: The molasses and chocolate notes fade to dried figs and apricots with a peppery tingle right at the end.

Heaven Hill Heritage Collection 20 Year Old Straight Corn Whiskey 2023 Edition
Heaven Hill Heritage Collection 20 Year Old Straight Corn Whiskey 2023 Edition
This is the 2017 release of Michter's 10 Bourbon
*May have shallow cracks on the wax. This is not uncommon in these bottles from this vintage.*
Mature in age and truly exceptional in quality, Michter’s 10 Year Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon has earned its place as an enduring favorite of the most discerning whiskey connoisseurs. The “Best American Whiskey” according to Food & Wine magazine, our 10 Year Single Barrel Bourbon represents the culmination of over a decade of patient aging in our specially chosen, new charred American white oak barrels. Sweet and grainy: corn bread slathered in honey, johnnycakes with cherry jam. Fizzy cream soda mixed with a bit of varnish segues into warm leather and a hint of summer-warmed dry grass, which is amplified with water. This is a very well-integrated whiskey with a lovely balance between creamy and spicy. There’s a full, rich, toffee sweetness throughout, balancing the earthy, humus-like bass notes in the mid palate. The finish is also very reminiscent of soda pop, almost giving the impression of carbonation, with a lingering muted spiciness.

The US Edition 2024 is an exciting new single malt whisky made by the Chichibu Distillery exclusively for the United States. With every year comes a wildly different version of this whisky than its predecessor and the 2024 is no different. This unpeated single malt is vatted from 16 distinct barrels ranging from 4 to 10 years of age that were matured in 15 ex-bourbon and 1 refilled sherry hogshead barrel. Two of the ex-bourbon barrels contained whisky that was floor malted at Chichibu, a practice that is uncommon even amongst many Scottish contemporaries for its laborious, less efficient nature. However, this process is nothing less than iconic to Chichibu, as this whisky exemplifies what the distillery does best - create layers of complex fruit, spice, and confectionary flavors that come together harmoniously in one beautiful expression.
Since its inception in 2012, Black Art is the antithesis to Bruichladdich’s traditional commitment to total transparency. Where everything from exact recipe, cask type and specific barley varietal is usually revealed, Black Art is created in total secrecy, with the consumer putting complete trust in Bruichladdich’s Head Distiller, Adam Hannett.
Colour - Rich tawny
Nose - Dried fruits, leather, and a hint of citrus immediately open on the nose, followed by a fresh sea breeze. Sweet fruit and floral notes with poached pear, delicate rose hip syrup, black cherry, and sweet mango. The complexity of the single malt is apparent as the aromas continue to open, with cedar and mellow oak complemented with butterscotch, praline, honey, and a hint of cinnamon. Warming oats are balanced with fragrant notes of rose and pear drops.
Palate - Dried fruits, dates, raisins, barley sugar, leather and oak open on the palate, followed by butterscotch sweetness, praline and hints of coconut and fresh citrus. Sweet apple and pear are married with toasted oak, warming wood spice, dark plums and marzipan, with layers of depth opening with each sip.
Finish - Oak, dried fruit, with Christmas cake notes of sultanas, fig, marzipan, and lingering honey adding to the beautifully rounded finish.

Wild Turkey® Generations marks the first time Jimmy, Eddie and Bruce Russell have collaborated on a single whiskey; the result is a combination of 9-, 12-, 14- and 15-year-old bourbons, harmoniously blended to create a one-of-a-kind whiskey with layers of complexity. Wild Turkey Generations is bottled at barrel proof (120.8 proof) and non-chill filtered to reveal the utmost character in each sip, a true reflection of the Russell family's bourbon making mastery.
GENERATIONS
Wild Turkey Generations marks the first time three generations of the Russell family have collaborated on a single whiskey, blending storied past with compelling present to honor the family’s remarkable legacy. With over 100 years of combined experience between Wild Turkey Master Distillers Jimmy Russell, Eddie Russell and Associate Blender Bruce Russell, this bourbon is a blend of hand-selected barrels unique to each of their tastes.
Bruce, like his grandfather Jimmy, prefers bold bourbon flavors, which comes through in the 12-year bourbon he selected for the blend. Meanwhile, Eddie has a penchant for a softer honeyed, vanilla-laden flavor that typically comes from older bourbons, such as his 15-year-old selection, and the 14-year-old whiskey he and Bruce picked together. Jimmy stayed true to his palate, as he has for decades, by selecting a nine-year-old bourbon consistent with the classic Wild Turkey profile.
TASTING NOTES: on the nose - The luminous sweetness of tropical fruit green mango, melon, pineapple instantly shines. It then cedes to more temperate notes, the tingle of orange zest, the mist of a mandarin orange. The wine breathes, revealing its freshness The bloom after the rain. A tactile sensation of peony, jasmine and lilac.
on the palate - The wine immediately imposes its ample presence, full and massive. A sappy sensation dominates as the tactile is rapidly overtaken by the aromatic. The body unfolds generous, firm and controlled. Then it contracts, letting the wine vibrate with spices and pepper. The energy is sustained to a scintillating, saline finish.
The 2010 Harvest: With the lowest temperatures since 1996 the first part of the year contrasted with the entire decade. Winter frosts and a cool spring were reminders of the vineyard’s northerly latitude. The summer was hot, but not excessively so, and infrequent rain confirmed a particularly dry year.
Suddenly, in mid August, everything changed The equivalent of two months of rain fell in just two days With the heat and the water, maturation was fast and generous, but the harvest began with botrytis mold attacking the pinot noir grapes
As in 1995 the grapes had an elevated balance, at the same time sweet and acidic, but some parcels had to be left out and others sorted in order to bring out the best in a vintage rich in contrasts.
Dom Pérignon has a creative ambition, the quest for harmony as a source of emotion.
All creative processes have their constraints For Dom Pérignon it is the vintage.
An absolute commitment to bear witness to the harvest of a single year, whatever challenges it brings, even going as far as not declaring a vintage.
Time is fundamental in the Dom Pérignon equation The active maturation is the time spent in the bottle while on the lees in the darkness of the cellars. Each Dom Pérignon vintage slowly undergoes a metamorphosis, intensifying to achieve the three successive Plénitudes windows of expression that speak for themselves and reveal another aspect of the Dom Pérignon spirit.
After more than eight years of maturation in the cellars, Dom Pérignon Vintage becomes the First Plénitude that of harmony Everything is there, with great precision, in a highly accomplished balance which ensures a long lasting Dom Pérignon.
Dom Pérignon Vintage 2010 was a bold wager, the fruit of an unwavering commitment to expressing nature, coupled with the freedom that makes audacious endeavors possible. Dom Pérignon Vintage 2010 is a wager that has been won thanks to inspiration and to the mastery that comes from experience. The passage of time has revealed the grandeur of this vintage of which Dom Pérignon is among the very few to bear witness.
