Each year an unstoppable search for whiskey wonder beckons The Boss Hog to the far corners of the earth... a karmic quest that Knows No Bounds, beginning with Single Barrel Rye.

For this, our eleventh utterance of the mantra, WhistlePig's whiskey makers journey to Rajasthan, India - the Land of Kings - in search of precious spices to forge the world’s first Thandai barrel aged Rye. An alluring elixir served in celebration of victory and creation, Thandai joins the shakti of Straight Rye Whiskey with a floral meditation of saffron, cinnamon, cardamom and nutmeg, further enlivened by fennel, poppy and black peppercorn. The result is a splendid wellspring of strength and majesty; a saga befitting the maharajah of Rye.

Bottled in 2014, Old Blowhard is the first of the rare vintages of Diageo's Orphan Barrel Series, a series of bottles that come from barrels of bourbon discovered from abandoned or forgotten rickhouses and distilleries. Blustery, boastful, and unapologetic, Old Blowhard Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey has been around too long to suffer fools. In the warehouses of mass-production, you might say there isn't much room for a whiskey full of flavor and big on personality. For 26 years, this well-traveled whiskey has been demanding attention, too bold to play well with others. This is arguably the rarest of the Orphan Barrel Series, as it was bottled in 2014 for one year only and is no longer made.

Aging our whisky for over 10 years wasn't something we ever did. Not because we didn't believe in it but because we hadn't found our way of doing it. The 2024 Release of Cellar Aged is an artistic blend of 12- and 13-year-old barrels to achieve the taste vision for a brighter, fruiter and more complex Maker’s Mark. 

Rhetoric 21 Year Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is the second in the Rhetoric Series of progressively aged whiskeys from the Orphan Barrel Whiskey Distilling Company. Diageo's Orphan Barrel Whiskey Distilling Company is a series of bottles that came from barrels that were abandoned or forgotten at rickhouses and distilleries. The next iteration of Orphan Barrel’s progressively aged series, Rhetoric, Aged 21 Years speaks to whiskey enthusiasts with much persuasiveness as another year in the barrel bursts with new smells, flavors and tastes. Aromas of cherry, sweet tobacco, honey and leather build upon the oak, fruit, vanilla and caramel of its counterpart with new tastes of sweet tobacco, dark chocolate, baking spices and honey.

In 1996, a catastrophic fire destroyed the Old Heaven Hill Springs Distillery in Bardstown KY. To continue its distilling heritage, Heaven Hill purchased Bernheim Distillery in Louisville, KY in 1999, which included the Old Fitzgerald brand. Distilled in 1999, this special release celebrates the 25th anniversary of Heaven Hill continuing the legacy of the Old Fitzgerald brand today.

WhistlePig Double Malt 18 Year Old Straight Rye Whiskey is a mouthful in both senses, and it's the oldest WP's release to date. This Rye Whiskey (79% rye, 15% malted rye, and 6% malted barley) spent full 18 years in the barrel and the result is a symphony of soft, floral rich and spicy flavors. Sweet and aromatic on the nose with notes of berries, nutmeg and toasted oak. Smooth and spicy dance of fruity and floral flavors, followed by vanilla and oak on the palate. Long, clean and spicy finish.
