PRODUCER'S NOTES: "Van Winkle Special Reserve is the perfect combination of age and proof. This sweet, full bodied whiskey has been described by some as 'nectar.' We agree! Crafted at Japan’s oldest distillery, Yamazaki is the pioneer of single malt Japanese whisky. A defining element of its character is Mizunara, the rare Japanese oak known for its complexity. Essential to Yamazaki’s core expressions, Mizunara casks shape the whisky’s multi-layered profile with notes of sandalwood, coconut and incense. Though difficult to work with, this mystical wood rewards patience and skill. Made from a quince variety known as, "Ronda," grown in upper Austria only the perfectly ripened fruits are hand picked, cleaned, sorted and chopped before fermenting naturally without the use of any additives. References of quince go back at least to the Trojan wars, and in those ancient cultures was seen as a symbol of love and fertility. This eau de vie draws out the elusive essence of this fruit in a way we have never tasted before. The flavors work their way from honeysuckle, chamomile and vine flowers to a crescendo of passion fruit, sweet herbs, white pepper, fresh ginger and cooked quince.

This VSOP Cognac was distilled in 2015 and aged for over five years in a combination of used French oak and toasted, new French Oak barrels. Bottled in 2022, it is a single terroir Fins Bois Cognac with no additives, bottled exclusively for PM Spirits and the US market.

Transported then to the south-west of France, it ends its journey in Ferrand barrels for two more years. This unique double-aging process imbues the rum with unparalleled complexity and depth.

After more than 25 years of the Plantation Rum brand, it's time for Planteray Rum. Also produced by Alexandre Gabriel, Planteray is just a change of brand name, the products remain the same.

A blend of Barbados, Jamaica, Guyana, and Trinidad rums made in the style of the historic Royal Navy Rum. Distilled on pot and column stills, this higher proof rum was aged in ex-bourbon casks.

A mix of some of Heaven Hill's best styles including rye- and wheat-based whiskey. The result of this is rich, buttery and full of spice. Creamy butterscotch and hints of Muscovado sugar. Corinth raisins and sweet cinnamon. A little gingerbread. Thick, rich palate entry, starting out on rum spice and cinnamon and developing with toffee apples, juicy sultanas, and sweet vanilla. A good dose of warming ginger too. Toasted, spiced finish, fading out on toasted oak, cedar, sweet black coffee, and caramel.
