Craftsmanship and Flavor
The Heritage Barrel expression is created using a low temperature, heavy toasted barrel, resulting in a light yet rich char that imparts deep, complex flavors. The lower 100 proof entry proof allows the grain bill to shine, producing a whiskey with notes of light baking spices, vanilla, and toasted oak. The finish is long and lingering, leaving a memorable impression on the palate.

Aged to Perfection
This exceptional whiskey is aged at the top of one of the highest elevated barrelhouses, 1-09, on Coy Hill. The unique aging process at this elevation enhances the flavor profile, making each sip a journey through Jack Daniel's storied history.

Our newest release, Bottled In Bond Bourbon, is a straight bourbon whiskey, produced in-house at our distillery in Wanship, Utah. It’s made in accordance with the standards laid out by the Bottled In Bond Act of 1897. This release is like a single vintage of wine, offering an intimate snapshot of the distiller’s process. One base spirit, crafted at a single distillery, by a single distiller, in a single distilling season. Must be aged a minimum of 4 years and bottled at 100 proof in a federally bonded warehouse.

Experience a high-rye bourbon crafted for bold flavor, featuring a mashbill of 36% rye and 64% non-GMO yellow corn.

Sensory Notes

Nose: Honeycrisp apple, golden raisins, zested kumquat, graham cracker crust, wildflower honey, malted milk chocolate, toasted oak spice, honeycomb in a wicker basket

Palate: Peach and cherry cobbler, gingersnaps, roasted marshmallows, puffed wheat cereal, cocoa nibs, molasses, dried thyme, charred barrel staves

Finish: Financier cakes–grated almonds and brown butter

Hibiki Harmony 30th Anniversary Limited Edition Japanese Whisky

Hibiki is a blend of over ten malts and grains featuring Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Chita all aged in five types of cask. The non-age statement Japanese Harmony was intoriduced in 2015, following the discontinuation of the 12 year old as the entry level to the core range. This limited edition was released in late 2018 to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the first Hibiki blend being released in 1989.

As always with Hibiki the Hibiki Harmony 30th Anniversary Limited Edition bottle always has 24 facets representing the 24 seasons of the Japanese lunar calendar.

Developed by fourth generation chief blender Shinji Fukuyo with production overseen by third generation master blender and great-grandson of the founder, Shingo Torii.

Hennessy Paradis is defined by its graceful character and immediately delights with its rich copper colour. It is a perfectly balanced blend, both voluptuous and round, and combines smoothness and strength with a silky texture. Naturally, it has a flavourful and deep, persistent finish.

Hennessy Paradis was created by Maurice Fillioux in 1979 as a tribute to symphonic music. He compared the blend to ‘a symphonic orchestra’, as “classical music that takes you away and connects with your emotions.” The number of instruments in an orchestra is not necessarily a measure of its success, but rather the purity of sound it creates and the virtuosity of the conductor. The same is true for Hennessy Paradis, a union of exceptional eaux-de-vie selected for their individual qualities to work together to create a harmonious and graceful cognac.

Introducing The Bootleg Series Volume V release: an 18-year-old straight bourbon whiskey finished in Spanish vermouth rouge casks. The annual series, now in its fifth release since debuting in 2019, was meticulously overseen by Heaven's Door’s Master Distiller, Ken Pierce, and Master Blender, Alex Moore.

A tribute to Bob Dylan's long-running Bootleg Series of rare and unreleased tracks that provide a window into the mind of a great artist, the series from Heaven’s Door offers rare and unreleased expressions with special blends and barrel finishes that showcase the brand’s creative approach to whiskey making. Each bottle is adorned with one of Dylan's original paintings on a hand-crafted ceramic bottle and is presented in a bespoke leather journal.

Hardin’s Creek Jacob’s Well Batch 2 is aged for 211 months (17.5 years) and bottled at 109 proof. It is a blend of an 18-year old traditional bourbon and 17-year old high rye bourbon.
