The Balvenie Thirty is the result of a flawless whisky marriage. Traditional American and European Oak casks are brought together to craft an incredibly intricate and balanced expression.

The Balvenie Thirty’s silky sweetness gives way to rich honey, mellow oaky tones and hints of candied orange peel.

Bottled through a collaborative distillery partnership we have with Middleburg Barrel Company in Virginia, this is a 19 year cask strength single barrel bourbon, that while we cannot tell you specifically where it was distilled due to NDA's, comes from one of the top 5 volume producing Bourbon Distilleries in Kentucky located in Bardstown.  Our team hand selected a couple private barrels of this and this is the second barrel we are releasing.  These are extremely limited as with the age the angels took quite a share.  On the nose and palate this is sweet with definite oak tannins coming through.  It's robust and full bodied but approachable with a high proof.  It's absolutely stunning and extremely rare for what you can get on the market today!

Rochelt Distillery Basel Cherry Schnapps is a cherry schnapps made from the sour wild cherries that grow in the Jura Mountains, where Rochelt Distillery Basel is located. The cherries are harvested in late summer and autumn, and the juice is fermented to produce a clear, sweet spirit. The spirit is then aged in oak barrels for a minimum of two years, during which time it develops a rich, complex flavor. Rochelt Distillery Basel Cherry Schnapps is a versatile spirit that can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or mixed in cocktails.

Aged twelve years at Buffalo Trace Distillery, this bourbon is rich and sweet, drawing its character from barrels made of French Oak. An oak that has long been used for aging the world’s finest wine, the tighter grain of French Oak impart more subtle flavors and a silkier texture than its American counterpart. Harvested from the forests of France, the oak barrels that aged this unique bourbon whiskey are honored with each sip. So enjoy this tribute to the French Oak and raise a glass to its storied journey from the forest, to the barrel, to bourbon.

The last year of the wax top 23's, this was  a split bottling year with some being bottled using the gold foil.   These particular expressions of the van winkle line up contained whiskey distilled prior to Buffalo Trace at the Old Fitzgerald distillery which was producing the famous stitzel-weller distillate used for this bottle.

Karuizawa is the gold standard of rare Japanese whisky.

The distillery closed its doors in 2011, although it had not been producing whisky for over a decade. This particular discontinued 12 years old whisky 2001 won a Gold Medal in the Best Whisky of IWSC.

This is the fourth edition of William Heavenhill, and was distilled at Bernheim and bottled at cask strength 15 years later in Bardstown in a one-time run.

Bernheim is a historic Kentucky distillery. It was established by the Bernheim Brothers in the late 19th century, before passing into the hands of the Schenley company following the repeal of Prohibition. When Schenley were bought over by United Distillers in 1987, the distillery was rebuilt as the new owners looked to consolidate their production to a single facility. When United Distillers became Diageo in 1997, the new parent company were interested in bourbon, and sold the distillery to Heaven Hill. Heaven Hill were established in 1935, but their long-serving Bardstown distillery was lost in a devastating fire in 1996. Homeless for three years, the company acquired Bernheim in 1999, and have produced all of their whiskey there ever since.
