Taking its name from the Spanish word used to describe plots of vineyards in the Jerez area, Hampden Estate Pagos is the first bottling in the distillery’s history to be exclusively aged in sherry casks. Like the world’s most aromatic whiskies, such as those produced on Islay, the Jamaican rum embraces perfectly with the Andalusian wine’s notes of rancio without being overpowered by them, leading to a completely new profile of aromas.

Originally released in 2020 by Cadenhead's, a premium Scottish independent bottler. Distilled at Heaven Hill Distillery prior to the infamous 1996 fire.
This one-time, barrel-proof bottling is comprised of 27-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon produced between 1989 and 1990 at Old Heaven Hills Springs Distillery before it was destroyed by fire in 1996. Only 41 barrels of pre-fire Bourbon were included in this bottling, and when all barrels were mingled, the natural proof was an unusually low 94.7 proof. Produced from some of the oldest barrels in Kentucky, this Bourbon will make a profound statement on bar shelves and palates alike.

Hakushu 25 Year Old Limited Edition is a very limited and rare whisky from Hakushu. This 25 Year Old was awarded the Best Japanese Single Malt – WWA 2016. Sealed with a five-cord ‘Mizuhiki’, which symbolizes joining hands and heart of the giver with the recipient, this is the very essence of Japanese hospitality. Definitely one of the best whiskies from Japan that you should try!
An extra añejo tequila aged in French oak, offering rich layers of toasted oak, vanilla, and dried fruit—smooth, complex, luxurious, and beautifully crafted for sipping.
This limited edition is a 100% agave, award-winning tequila, aged in new American and French oak, and finished in Bordeaux casks for an unprecedented taste.
This rich, elemental, and extraordinarily rare limited edition is born from a partnership between our Director of Whisky Creation, Dr Bill Lumsden, and Japanese botanical artist, Azuma Makoto.
Dr Bill’s bespoke whisky creation is an ode to all natural elements, from the depths of the ground through the complex flora and fauna. It is truly a remarkable tribute to the wonder of the living world and emanates from Dr Bill’s inspiration as a result of Azuma’s own masterpiece. The release showcases how nature, in all its forms, can be personified in an exquisite whisky.
In order to express the complexity of our natural world, Dr Bill first took a classic Glenmorangie, long aged in ex-bourbon casks, heady with aromas of lemon balsam and orchids. He then united that single malt with the first whisky from Glenmorangie to be finished in casks which once held Chardonnay white wine from the Meursault appellation in Burgundy. Inspired by that whisky’s complex notes of flowers, rain-soaked moss and earthy notes, Azuma Makoto created a botanical masterpiece, which now adorns our whisky.
Tasting Notes:
Notes and Aroma: Cooked Agave, Oak and Vanilla, with Caramel, Butterscotch, Floral, and Citrus but still G4 Tequila with even the familiar Black Pepper and Minerals.
G4 Clásico Blanco Tequila is a pure, additive-free expression of estate-grown Blue Weber agave from Arandas, Jalisco. Crafted by fourth-generation master distiller Felipe Camarena, this blanco tequila showcases the earthy complexity and minerality that G4 is known for - delivered with precision and authenticity straight from El Pandillo distillery.
- Most of the spirit was rested in barrels that once aged Canadian rye whiskey, although one barrel used previously held white wine from California.
- The casks were stored for 10 years in a dry, earthen-floor aging room in the town of Atotonilco el Alto, before being designated as worthy of a longer aging, and moved to a higher, cooler climate of Chapingo, Jalisco, which sits on the slope above Atotonilco el Alto.
- The barrels rested in Chapingo for an entire additional 11 years before finally being bottled in 2014.
Four Roses Single Barrel Reserve was released for the Japanese market in the early 1990s. This special release marked the first time a Four Roses Single Barrel Bourbon was offered to the public. The origin of the name "Four Roses" has never been entirely clear, but legends abound. The most romantic one concerns Paul Jones Jr., who trademarked the Four Roses brand in 1888. The story goes that Paul fell head over heels in love with a Southern belle and named the brand for his courting gift - Four Roses.
