MASHBILL: 68% corn, 20% wheat, 12% malted barley. Dark, rich, and complex, spicy. Dense, dark, and rich caramel, maple syrup, vanilla, honey, dried orange peel, and cherry extract lined with abundant roasted oak. Bottled in 2016, The Gifted Horse is one of the rare vintages of Diageo's Orphan Barrel Series, a series of bottles coming from barrels of bourbon discovered from abandoned or forgotten rickhouses and distilleries. The Gifted Horse American Whiskey is a bold, outspoken whiskey one shouldn’t look in the mouth. Always racing straight to the punch, we only ask that you politely accept The Gifted Horse for what it is–it's own unique offering. Some time ago at the historic Stitzel-Weller Distillery, the unthinkable happened. A batch of beautiful 17-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon was accidentally mixed with barrels of much younger whiskey. This error turned out better than expected, as the older bourbon wasn’t marred but transformed into something surprisingly special. Beginning with a nose hinting at apple skin, almond, toffee, raisins, and slight milk chocolate, The Gifted Horse has unique tastes of creamy caramel, Bosc pear, and fruit cake. This unusual blend’s fruity notes become more apparent with a splash of water.
*This is a 700ml bottling of Weller 12 Year with gold foil*
As part of the wheated bourbon family, this twelve year old W.L. Weller is aged far longer than most wheated bourbons. This offering is a smooth, easy-going and balanced offering with a beautiful deep bronze color. Aromas of lanolin, almond, creamed corn and toasty vanilla. The mid-palate flavor is heavily wheated, layered and moderately sweet. Long, oaky, and intensely smooth finish. These gold foil versions are likely going to be a standard for domestic releases soon, however currently the gold foils are being tested in european 700ml sized releases.
Rhetoric 20 Year Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is the first of the Rhetoric brand releases from the Orphan Barrel Whiskey Distilling Company. Diageo's Orphan Barrel Whiskey Distilling Company is a series of bottles that came from barrels that were abandoned or forgotten at rickhouses and distilleries. Aged 20 years and the first of the Rhetoric Series, this has become one of the most sought after Orphan Barrel bottles due to its scarcity. Each sip starts with a smoky, leathery nose that translates into vanilla oak, toasted rye, and dried fruits, and concludes with a long, full finish of cherry blossom and bitter chocolate.

WhistlePig Piggybank Rye Limited Edition 10 year - 1L - Batch 2
Batch 2 has Gold wax over the bottle pourer
Bring home the bacon with our limited edition PiggyBank Rye Aged 10 Years. This Straight Rye Whiskey celebrates a decade of innovation since our first Best Rye Award (Triple One, WWA 2012), bottled in a porcine decanter based on a 19th century Berkshire Bitter Pig. This ham’s hind is bottled at 110 proof and wax sealed to keep every drop of goodness safe until posterior consumption.
A masterful union of three well-bred bourbons. One, a 13-year mahogany bourbon, un‑apologetically peppery with shavings of dark chocolate. Two, an 11-year silky, wheated bourbon rich with vanilla and honey. And three, an 8-year find, finished in Caribbean rum barrels to impart orange, brown sugar and warm island spice. Every sip, an uncharted, sensory adventure.

Four Roses Super Premium (with Gift Box)
In February 2002, Kirin Brewery Company of Japan purchased the Four Roses brand. Although this is an exclusive release for the Japanese market, it was actually more uncommon to find Four Roses in the US when this was introduced in 1992.
Four Roses bourbon was unavailable in its home country for a long time until Kirin reintroduced it to the American market.
80% of the liquid is over 8 years old, while the other 20% is 10 years or older.
Award-winning American whisky founded by Beyoncé Knowles-Carter and crafted in partnership with Moët Hennessy and five time International Whisky Competition Master Distiller of the Year, Dr. Bill Lumsden.
Here the complexity of rye is married with the elegance of malted barley. Finished to perfection in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, a harmony of spice with sublime hints of fruit.
Like nothing ever before it; reimagine whisky.
ABV 44% (88 Proof)
Three Crosses American Whiskey is a unique experiment in aging traditional bourbon mashes. This high corn mash bill is matured using the time-tested solera aging system in which the aging whiskey is periodically moved into older barrels to blend with older whiskeys. Batches are only harvested from the bottom row of barrels containing the oldest whiskeys. This whiskey is never chill-filtered. Classic and approachable this whiskey is rich with the familiar notes of caramel and undertones of dark cherry and plum.

Blade and Bow 22-Year-Old was most recently aged and bottled at Stitzel-Weller
Smooth and smoky, this limited-release bourbon’s taste is accented with notes of torched sugar and apples baked in honey and spices. Its aroma is one of toasted oak mixed with vanilla bean, fig and just a touch of caramel.
Blade and Bow 22-Year-Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey was named the “Best Straight Bourbon” and received the DOUBLE GOLD MEDAL at the 2015 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
Due to the highly allocated nature of Blade & Bow 22-Year-Old, we are not able to provide guidance on exactly where it can be found.
The famed Sazerac Coffee House was founded in 1850 on Exchange Alley in New Orleans, Louisiana and soon gained fame as the home of “America’s First Cocktail” known as the Sazerac. Using rye whiskey in place of the French brandy, a dash of Peychaud Bitters, and Herbsaint, what eventually became the official cocktail of New Orleans was created. This straight rye has a mellow spice and dry sweetness that dances on the tongue, giving pure delight that is worthy of the Sazerac name.

For over two centuries Buffalo Trace Distillery has been a pioneering leader in quality and innovation. The Single Oak Project is its most inventive and comprehensive experiment yet. It all started with 96 individually selected American oak trees that differed according to the number of growth rings per inch and growing location. Each tree was then cut into two parts - top and bottom - yielding 192 unique tree sections. A single barrel was constructed from each section. Prior to construction, the stave seasoning was varied. The 192 barrels were then charred differently. These single oak barrels were then filled with different recipe whiskeys, at various entry proofs and aged in a variety of different warehouse styles. This experiment allows whiskey connoisseurs to directly compare the impact of seven different critical variables across 192 bottles for a total of 1,396 taste combinations. None of the 192 bottles in the complete set are exactly alike. The Single Oak Project is undoubtedly the most extensive bourbon experiment ever undertaken.
Michter’s Toasted Barrel Sour Mash Whiskey] is made by taking Michter’s US1 Sour Mash Whiskey and then aging it for an additional period of time in a second custom made barrel. This second barrel is assembled from 18-month air-dried wood and then toasted but not charred. It leaves a nice first impression with honey, mint, and oak with subtle bready notes. Michter’s is sweet and slightly bitter with honey, roasted oak, and a dash of coffee grounds. The toasted barrel finishing introduces a little extra oak bitterness and darkness, but it’s not overdone. Vanilla and orange reveal themselves after a few seconds, but the alcohol remains in the background.
