Elijah Craig is proud to continue our legacy on the golf course as the Official Bourbon of the 2025 PGA Championship. This historic tournament will take place at Quail Hollow Golf Club in Charlotte, North Carolina, from May 15-18, bringing together the best in the game—and the best in Bourbon.

To commemorate this partnership, we’re releasing a special version of our award-winning Small Batch. The bottle features exclusive design elements, including the official 2025 PGA Championship logo, a gold coin cork, and a label that proudly displays Elijah Craig’s designation as the tournament’s Official Bourbon. Each bottle is crafted from barrels specially selected from Heaven Hill Distillery’s Q and H1 rickhouses, nodding to Quail Hollow’s place in championship history. This limited-edition release will be available nationally on an allocated basis starting in March 2025

We’re also bringing one-of-a-kind experiences to fans at Quail Hollow, including the return of the Elijah Craig Speakeasy, our immersive on-course activation where spectators can enjoy handcrafted cocktails, interactive moments, and an inside look at what makes Elijah Craig a standout Bourbon. Presented at 119.5 proof, this release showcases the flavor nuances created from batching 100+ different Woodford Reserve barrels together varying from different dates of production and matured in various warehouses and different floors within those warehouses.

Yellowstone Limited Edition represents an annual exploration of top-shelf blends and finishes, making each release unique and highly sought after. The 2024 expression features 7-year and 17-year aged bourbons and introduces our first double finish in French brandy and cognac casks, enhancing the natural flavors of the extra-aged bourbon. The Heaven Hill Heritage Collection exemplifies the true craftsmanship, patience and consistency that are hallmarks of our almost 90 years of whiskey-making traditions. With new editions released every spring, this collection features Straight American Whiskeys from one of our six traditional mashbills. Ages vary by release but all editions feature our oldest stocks of barrels.

Each release in the ultra-premium collection features one of the six traditional American Whiskey mashbills produced by Heaven Hill, one of the only heritage distilleries to produce this range. The 2026 edition, the oldest since the series debuted in 2022, highlights Heaven Hill’s traditional Bourbon mashbill, comprised of 78% Corn, 10% Rye and 12% Malted Barley, and is bottled at Barrel Proof and non-chill filtered.

With an age statement of 22 years, this release is comprised of 270 barrels produced in February, July and August of 2003 and bottled in December 2025. The barrels were aged on the 5th and 6th floors of Rickhouse Y, where over two decades of Kentucky seasons imparted remarkable depth and character to the whiskey.

The extended maturation results in a Bourbon defined by pronounced oak structure balanced by layers of caramelized sweetness and baking spice. Rich aromas of seasoned oak, dark caramel and toasted vanilla give way to notes of leather, warm cinnamon and subtle dried fruit on the palate. The finish is long and resonant, showcasing lingering notes of charred oak, toffee and a peppery spice that speaks to both its proof and age.

Along with its innovation-focused counterpart, the Parker’s Heritage Collection, the Heaven Hill Heritage Collection reflects Heaven Hill’s commitment to excellence and ultra-aging techniques. Releases from both collections provide insight into the long-term planning behind Heaven Hill’s American Whiskey inventory and its dedication to quality, craft and heritage.

As with previous releases, the Heaven Hill Heritage Collection 750ml bottle will be accompanied by a premium box in signature Heaven Hill blue. The Heaven Hill Distillery seal is prominently featured on the box, strip stamp and label, mirroring Heaven Hill Bottled-in-Bond and the Heaven Hill Grain to Glass line. In keeping with the collection’s focus on transparency and provenance, specific attributes including warehouse location, production dates, mashbill percentages and barrel count are noted prominently on the packaging.

  • Nose: Full, rich, vibrant: baked apple, cinnamon, maple and an icing note pops on the nose. There's cherry, orange peel, fuji and red delicious apple, cinnamon, brown butter and delicious maple candies that just emanates. Tons of sweetness, oakiness begins to show after a moment in the glass with a hint of char, loads of baking spice and maple with some light pipe tobacco and creamy, decadent, vanilla bean. 
  • Palate: Rich and layered, the supple, pillowy, opulent texture of the old Canadian marries well with the rich, faintly brash qualities of the Kentucky whiskey. Delivering rich brioche and cinnamon, fatty syrupy dessert characters like caramel and toffee and praline with notes of pepper, bold oak, a hint of pipe tobacco and gobs of brittle this becomes a sneaky beast. Hints of marmalade and deep, luxardo cherry develop with airtime.

This Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey is made with Emmer wheat, an ancient Egyptian grain rarely seen in modern stills. The limited release is named after William Larue Weller's grandfather, the first member of the Weller family to distill in Kentucky.   This is an extremely limited and highly allocated release from Buffalo Trace

The flavor offers boughs of wheat over a love affair of creamed vanilla, caramel tendrils, and boughs of baking spice all carried by a thick splash of warm mash. The last note of Old Fitzgerald Very Special 12 year old bourbon is a hurrah of more wheated bourbon in bundles of caramel for a clean and neatly crisp vibrancy. The 2026 Old Forester Birthday Bourbon is the 26th edition of the longest-running annual limited release in American whiskey, a tradition Brown-Forman began in 2002 to honor founder George Garvin Brown's September 2 birthday. This year's release carries an 11-year age statement, arrives at 97 proof, and continues the series' recent move to a 700ml presentation.

The 2026 vintage was drawn from a batch of 212 barrels that matured together on the third floor of Warehouse B at the Brown-Forman Distillery in Louisville. The whiskey began as Old Forester's signature mash bill of 72% corn, 18% rye, and 10% malted barley. A quirk of production distinguishes this batch: the new make spirit rested in the cistern room for six days over a holiday weekend, and natural tank venting eased the barrel entry proof to 124.4 from the usual 125 — a small shift that subtly shaped how the spirit took to the wood over eleven Kentucky summers.

Celebrate the "Rye, White & Blue" with the ultimate collector's piece: the WhistlePig America's 250th Anniversary Piggybank Rye. Tasting Notes: After the whiskey was fully mature, staves of toasted applewood were added. The finishing process adds depth and richness with aromas of apple and berry on the nose and palate on top of the traditional bourbon notes of rich caramel, dark chocolate and vanilla bean with a sweet lingering finish.

The 18th edition of the Parker's Heritage Collection® consists of 14-year-old Malt Whiskey aged in the upper floors of Rickhouses O and Q. Then, barrels that previously held Cognac were reconstructed to include a handful of new heavy toast staves. The Malt Whiskey was then rebarreled in the reconstructed barrels and aged for almost four months. Bottled at 107 proof without chill filtration, the rebarreling transforms the Malt Whiskey's earthy, herbal characteristics into complex notes of molasses, dark chocolate, and dried summer fruit.
