Each year, our master distiller works with Beck’s Hybrids to select a new corn seed varietal. That corn seed varietal is proudly displayed on the label, along with the unique mashbill that is different from our traditional Bourbon Whiskey mashbill.

The first edition of Heaven Hill Grain to Glass Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey aged for six years in rickhouse W3 on the third, fourth and fifth floors. It was bottled without chill filtration at 107 proof. The corn seed varietal chosen for this release was Beck’s 6158.

Four Roses 135th Anniversary Limited Edition Small Batch 2023: A Masterpiece of Bourbon Craftsmanship Celebrate a milestone in bourbon history with the Four Roses 135th Anniversary Limited Edition Small Batch 2023. This exquisite release is a blend of four meticulously selected batches, each contributing to a complex and harmonious flavor profile. The blend includes a 14-year-old OESK recipe, a 12-year-old OESV recipe, a 16-year-old OESV, and a rare 25-year-old OBSV, creating a symphony of tastes that honor the legacy of Four Roses.

Bottled at 108 proof, this limited edition bourbon presents a captivating nose of allspice, vanilla, and elegant oak, with subtle hints of cinnamon and clove. On the palate, it reveals rich layers of honey, vanilla, and rye spice, perfectly balanced with the flavors of ripe berries and pear. The finish is long, mellow, and satisfying, leaving a lasting impression of the distillery's craftsmanship.

With only about 15,060 hand-numbered bottles available, this 135th Anniversary release is not just a bourbon; it's a collector's item and a testament to the art of bourbon making. It's an experience of subtle flavors and complex layers, a true celebration of Four Roses' enduring commitment to quality and excellence.

Blue Run Trifecta Kentucky Straight Bourbon is a small-batch whiskey that demonstrates the delicate balancing act required when blending a high-quality base whiskey with the vivid flavors and aromas from older “wood heat” whiskeys. Trifecta starts with a base of finely crafted six-year-old whiskey, which makes up less than half of the composition of the total liquid. To add additional depth and character, Blue Run Whiskey Director Shaylyn Gammon blends that with two whiskeys aged in the upper reaches of their respective rickhouses, giving them what she calls “wood heat.”

The robust oak and toffee from this bourbon deftly marries with our hallmark Ruby Port characters. The new addition of Tawny Port-finished bourbon provides the nutty, caramelized fruit character that acts as a bridge between the two flavor profiles. By balancing the bright red berry acidity with the brooding sweetness of dried fruit, we’ve worked to introduce a fresh dimension to this year’s Cask Strength program.

The early growing years were curated by our team, with only the finest kernels selected for eventual growth in the fields. Years later, that corn – proprietary to Widow Jane - was harvested, driven to Red Hook and mashed, fermented & distilled, and placed into new, charred American oak barrels. The wait was a test of endurance, but the payoff? Exquisite. Because when you start with the finest raw materials, the result is extraordinary bourbon.

Baby Jane is a bourbon whiskey made from our own unique heirloom corn, “Baby Jane." This unique corn has depth, sweetness and creamy-spiciness that makes Baby Jane Bourbon truly different. Distilled by Widow Jane Distillery in Red Hook, Brooklyn and in Kentucky. True small batch bourbon; hand-assembled in Brooklyn, blended only a few barrels at a time. Non-chill filtered and proofed with our own mineral water from the legendary Rosendale mines of New York.
