For the first time, King of Kentucky introduces a three-batch series, each bottled at  a distinct proof to showcase the complexity of its aging process.

Each batch is a blend of barrels aged 12–18 years. Some barrels had exceptionally  high angel’s share, with just 16 percent liquid after years of evaporation.  

● Batch 3 (110 proof): Rich chocolate and brown sugar brightened by citrus and pine; bold oak and spice on the palate; the longest, oak-forward finish.

● Batch 2 (107.5 proof): Dark fruit notes of dates and fig layered with caramel  and charred oak; minty with hints of vanilla; a longer, crisp finish.

George Dickel has teamed up with the Leopold Bros to produce an innovative rye whisky offering. The release blends George Dickel’s column still rye produced at Cascade Hollow Distillery with Leopold Bros’ Three Chamber Rye to recreate a historic style. This union between column distilled rye and Three Chamber distilled rye turns back the hands of time, returning to an era that saw heavy-bodied rye whisky served at bars and saloons throughout America.

Originally used as the symbol of Alexander Cowie's rare and special aged private stock release in 1909, we've resurrected the "Blue Seal" to mark our Mortlach 20 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky.

Inspired by his memory of entering a French pastry shop, Dr Bill Lumsden first brought a whisky of dessert-like complexity to life in Glenmorangie The Nectar D’Or. Aged longer, for 16 years, in an enhanced combination of bourbon and sweet white wine casks, this new whisky is even more sumptuous and complex.

For extra depth and creaminess, silky Glenmorangie aged for 14 years in bourbon casks was selected. The whisky was then finished for two more years in a new combination of sweet white wine casks.

Sauternes and Monbazillac casks from France bring sumptuous notes of pastry, brioche, meringue and baked apples. Moscatel casks from Spain offer sweet, syrupy dessert-like notes. And Tokaji casks from Hungary, add white chocolate, almond and honeycomb flavours to their creation.
