“The way our barrels are built and our ability to experiment are two of the most important parts of the Jack Daniel’s whiskey-making tradition,” said Chris Fletcher, Master Distiller at the Jack Daniel Distillery. “It was exciting for us to see what our Heritage Barrels produced with previous limited releases, and we’re thrilled to bring that same unforgettable flavor to more friends with this permanent offering.”
To craft the expression, Jack Daniel’s classic Tennessee Whiskey mash bill of 80% corn, 12% malted barley, and 8% rye, is distilled and mellowed through 10 feet of sugar maple charcoal. Barrels are prepared with a high-toast, low-char toasting technique inspired by the earliest barrel-making traditions, creating a deeper, richer toasted layer before the barrel is charred. The whiskey then enters the Heritage Barrels at a lower proof of 100 and is matured in some of the highest-elevated barrel houses in Lynchburg, Tennessee. While each barrel will vary in age, all Single Barrel Heritage Barrels are matured for at least seven years.
Offered at 100 proof (50% abv), Single Barrel Heritage Barrel has a soft oak nose, warm notes of honey and candied fruit across the palate, and a lingering finish of brown sugar.
Discover the unexpected with Balvenie 14 Year Old American Bourbon Barrel Single Malt Scotch Whisky. This unique expression is born from an intriguing twist of events, initially destined for Single Barrel 12 glory but distilled just after peat week, resulting in a whisper of smokiness that complements the rich character imparted by the finest Bourbon casks during its 14-year maturation. The subtle influences of candied orange peel, woody earthiness, and deep vanilla oakiness create a harmonious balance, making this a complex and inviting whisky perfect for those who appreciate the unexpected in their drams. Indulge in the rich flavor profile and be inspired by this exquisite whisky.
NOSE: Toasty burnt sugar, spice, honey
PALATE: This whiskey offers a rich toasty, sweet, experience highlighting baking spice, dried fruits, toffee, nougat and burnt sugar.

Cartier 30 is an unaged rum produced in the town of Santa Maria Tlalixtac, Oaxaca. Along the steep slopes of this region, the Krassel family plants, harvests, and distills 100% organic java sugarcane from altitudes as high as 4,000 feet above sea level.
Distilled from fresh cane juice, the name refers to a specific level of alcohol measured on the Cartier scale, which eventually fell out of use in favor of the alcohol by volume. 30 on the Cartier scale translates roughly to 70% abv and was the preferred strength for many folks in the village, where historically it’d be mixed with a bit of fresh cane juice and shot.
This traditional aguardiente is fermented naturally and distilled in the Krassel family’s custom-built still, originally designed by Max Krassel who immigrated to Mexico from Germany in the 1930s. The still produces no heads or tails and the distillation ABV is regulated by the temperature of the cooling chambers and the flow of the fresh cane juice to the boiling chamber.
Bottled at 70.3% abv with no sugar or water added. Funky, grassy, briney, and punchy, this is a rum for fans of unaged rums packed with flavor and character.
A Ballad of Fire
Our most recent icon: an innovative expression of tequila that captures the transformative force that fire exerts upon agave.
The delicately smoky profile of this unaged spirit stems from the revival of ancestral tequila-making techniques.
The agave for this tequila is cooked slowly in a pit oven lined with firewood and volcanic stone, imparting subtle notes of smoke.

Drumshanbo is the perfect location to create real and brilliant brands at our distillery. The Shed Distillery is about creating challenging brands with shared experiences. The nose is aromatic and appealing with coastal notes, dunnage earth, peat smoke, peppercorns, pickle juice, and oyster shells. Sweet flavors of honey and fudge yield to a spicy intensity that’s quite hot to handle, but as the pepper and saltiness subside, there’s residual notes of vanilla fudge, sweet American oak, and classic Talisker pepperiness lasting long into the finish.

The US Edition 2024 is an exciting new single malt whisky made by the Chichibu Distillery exclusively for the United States. With every year comes a wildly different version of this whisky than its predecessor and the 2024 is no different. This unpeated single malt is vatted from 16 distinct barrels ranging from 4 to 10 years of age that were matured in 15 ex-bourbon and 1 refilled sherry hogshead barrel. Two of the ex-bourbon barrels contained whisky that was floor malted at Chichibu, a practice that is uncommon even amongst many Scottish contemporaries for its laborious, less efficient nature. However, this process is nothing less than iconic to Chichibu, as this whisky exemplifies what the distillery does best - create layers of complex fruit, spice, and confectionary flavors that come together harmoniously in one beautiful expression.
