Our Celebration of the
Deliciousness of Grain Whisky
The calibre of whiskies we need for Hedonism have grown
ever harder to find, which is why our first ever expression
will become a Limited Annual Release going forward.
For the first batch we have turned to more mature whiskies
aged almost entirely in first-fill Bourbon barrels.
Also, nearly a quarter of the recipe features the last of our
stocks of grain whiskies distilled in the 1990s, a period
when the use of maize was more widespread. This brings
an enhanced buttery weight to the overall composition.
FLAVOUR PROFILE
A complex array of patisserie aromas,
with exotic vanilla and clove-infused caramel.
Layers of creamy custard arrive on the palate,
with accents of honey and mascarpone.
A delicate citrus accent appears on the finish.
SERVING
RECOMMENDATIONS
Ideal enjoyed neat and slightly chilled.
Alternatively, add an ice cube or splash
of water and serve in a large wine glass.
Works both before and following a meal.

In pursuit of its goal of offering the greatest American whiskey, Michter’s first released its Celebration Sour Mash in 2013. This watershed moment in United States whiskey history marked the first time that an American company was offering a rare blend intended to rival the finest spirits made anywhere else in the world. For this release, Michter’s Master Distiller Dan McKee consulted with Michter’s Master of Maturation Andrea Wilson. He selected whiskey from seven extraordinary barrels, three Kentucky Straight Bourbon and four Kentucky Straight Rye, with the youngest being over 12 years old and the oldest being over 30 years old. The fourth ever release of Michter’s Celebration Sour Mash, the 2022 Edition, is McKee’s second.
Clase Azul Reposado Tequila is 100% made from Blue Agave, produced at one of the highest points in the state of Jalisco. Its climate and land properties offer a characteristic tequila flavor. Each of the agaves is grown for 6 to 8 years before harvest. Organic agave requires approximately 72 hours of cooking in old masonry ovens. The baking gives the agave core a unique sweetness – easily perceived by the complexity of aroma and flavors.
Through Fundacion Causa Azul they strengthen communities of artisans so that they can thrive while preserving their heritage and cultural legacy.
NOTE - THERE ARE 2 VARIATIONS OF THE DECANTER - WE CURRENTLY HAVE 1 OF EACH IN STOCK.
only 450 total decanters were created!
There are two variations of this decanter: the first, Dorado, boasts decorative elements accentuated with lustrous 24-karat gold, giving its surface a rich sheen. The second, Color, recreates animal motifs in vivid green and red hues and adorns other elements with 24-karat gold, creating a vibrant array of colors that complements our signature cobalt blue.
Guided by our purpose of showcasing Mexican culture, we’ve sought to collaborate with some of our country’s leading contemporary artists to learn from their perspectives and aesthetic visions.
Naturally, we’ve gravitated toward creators who, like us, are unafraid of expressing themselves to convey something uniquely Mexican.
One such artist is Eduardo Sarabia, whose partnership with Clase Azul México materialized from what he himself has described as a “spiritual connection” with our brand.
Born in Los Angeles to Mexican parents, Sarabia has lived and worked in Guadalajara, Jalisco for over 20 years. His diverse body of work, encompassing painting, sculpture and installations, frequently showcases his preference for traditional materials.
Sarabia draws inspiration from his own life experiences and the rich folk history of Northern Mexico to create romantic visual narratives which meld personal whimsy with poignant commentary on contemporary Mexican culture.
Employing his characteristically playful style and cumulative artistic language, Eduardo Sarabia decorated this decanter with characters and motifs of great personal importance.
On the front, crossed pairs of picks and spades recall a childhood story of his grandfather’s eternal quest for hidden treasure, while the face of a two-peso coin bears the date 1976, the year the artist was born. Both these elements recur often in Sarabia’s work.
On the back are allegorical portraits of a parrot, a rooster and a she-goat, sardonic characters drawn from the folk and musical narratives of his family’s native Sinaloa.
Tequila
This joven tequila is a unique blend of unaged tequila, an añejo tequila aged in Russian oak casks and another añejo aged in amontillado sherry casks.
Created in collaboration with Eduardo Sarabia, our Master Distiller Viridiana Tinoco sought to create a spirit that captured the essence of the artist’s life and the fearlessness of his work.

The smokiest Ardbeg ever to mature into existence.
Introducing the latest Committee-only bottling in the Supernova Series… Ardbeg Hypernova. A dimension beyond the Supernovas that came before it, this fabric-tearingly smoky dram is a slice of Ardbeg history not to be missed.
Possibly the smokiest dram in the world (this one at least), Hypernova possesses a malty magnitude never before experienced. This is a brutally smoky dram that radiates flavour in every direction. HN22 can only be categorised as a truly cataclysmic event for the Distillery. It’s big, it’s powerful, and it’s pulling palates into a whole new dimension.
Propel your palate at full force towards powerful notes of tar, creosote and soot. Tumble further into the glass and explore ethereal whispers of aniseed, smoke and dark chocolate. Bitter almonds and smoked lavender fuse with curious hints of plasticine and burnt rubber, with a finish that collapses in on itself.
Non chill-filtered at 51.0% ABV.

When the Mitchell family began bonding whiskey 135 years ago, they brought their own colourful legacy to the Dublin whiskey scene. After generations of a family business covering everything from confectionery to cafes to imported wines, when the Mitchells brought their eclectic energy to whiskey bonding, the Spot family was born. To celebrate this enduring relationship, we created our most vibrant Spot release to date – Gold Spot.
Gold Spot
Gold Spot is matured for at least nine years in Bourbon Barrels, Sherry Butts, Bordeaux Wine Casks and Port Pipes. Non chill filtered and bottled at 51.4% ABV for a whiskey that is complex and full flavoured.
Nose
A light mix of pineapple, kiwi, green banana and lime zest followed by Pot Still spices, baked apple, hazelnut and toasted wood.
Taste
A smooth mouthfeel with a subtle mix of fruit, a hint of clove and cracked black pepper corns. Sweet spices, vanilla and cinnamon add to the wood’s nutty contribution.
Finish
A lasting and distinctly palatable balance of exotic fruits and spices.
James Suckling gave this wine 98 points saying, “A driven and serious DP with aromas of chalk, biscuits, apricot stones and lemons. Some spice and dried flowers, too. So sleek and sophisticated. Elegant. Yet, it’s long and powerful, with a sharp minerality. Tight and precise.”
Wine Spectator scored this wine 96 points noting, “Vivid acidity and a chalky underpinning make a crystalline frame for finely detailed notes of ripe melon, mandarin orange, toasted brioche and candied ginger in this harmonious Champagne, which is expressive and expansive on the palate, but with a sense of finesse and restraint. Long and creamy on the mineral-laced finish. Drink now through 2037. ”
Robert Parker's Wine Advocate gave this wine 95 points saying, “Disgorged in October last year, the 2013 Dom Pérignon is a lovely wine, defined by the long, cool growing season. Offering up aromas of crisp stone fruit, tangerine oil, buttered toast, pear, almonds and clear honey, it's medium to full-bodied, ample and seamless, with bright acids and a pillowy, enveloping profile, concluding with a long, saline finish. Vincent Chaperon recalls that shatter at fruit set moderated yields and that a drying east wind in the weeks before harvest helped to maintain the good sanitation necessary to wait to pick at full maturity.”
