The highly anticipated 2018 edition of Garrison Brothers Cowboy Bourbon is comprised of 182 barrels. Dubbed "piggy bank barrels" by master distiller Dennis Todd for their choice characteristics, they were matured for approximately five years and then dumped at the end of 2017 to rest and marry together. The result is an approximately 134-proof cask strength release with a total batch size of 4,725 bottles.

The nose is aromatic and appealing with coastal notes, dunnage earth, peat smoke, peppercorns, pickle juice, and oyster shells. Sweet flavors of honey and fudge yield to a spicy intensity that’s quite hot to handle, but as the pepper and saltiness subside, there’s residual notes of vanilla fudge, sweet American oak, and classic Talisker pepperiness lasting long into the finish.

The US Edition 2024 is an exciting new single malt whisky made by the Chichibu Distillery exclusively for the United States. With every year comes a wildly different version of this whisky than its predecessor and the 2024 is no different. This unpeated single malt is vatted from 16 distinct barrels ranging from 4 to 10 years of age that were matured in 15 ex-bourbon and 1 refilled sherry hogshead barrel. Two of the ex-bourbon barrels contained whisky that was floor malted at Chichibu, a practice that is uncommon even amongst many Scottish contemporaries for its laborious, less efficient nature. However, this process is nothing less than iconic to Chichibu, as this whisky exemplifies what the distillery does best - create layers of complex fruit, spice, and confectionary flavors that come together harmoniously in one beautiful expression.

Mature in age and truly exceptional in quality, Michter’s 10 Year Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon has earned its place as an enduring favorite of the most discerning whiskey connoisseurs. The “Best American Whiskey” according to Food & Wine magazine, our 10 Year Single Barrel Bourbon represents the culmination of over a decade of patient aging in our specially chosen, new charred American white oak barrels. Sweet and grainy: corn bread slathered in honey, johnnycakes with cherry jam. Fizzy cream soda mixed with a bit of varnish segues into warm leather and a hint of summer-warmed dry grass, which is amplified with water. This is a very well-integrated whiskey with a lovely balance between creamy and spicy. There’s a full, rich, toffee sweetness throughout, balancing the earthy, humus-like bass notes in the mid palate. The finish is also very reminiscent of soda pop, almost giving the impression of carbonation, with a lingering muted spiciness.

Rare Character Single Barrel Combo - Jack Rose VEN-494 & GLN-125

La Grande Dame 2015 is an exceptional sunny vintage for a wine full of tension and elegance. It reveals this great wine’s verticality thanks to the Pinot Noirs harvested from our historical Grands Crus.

As Madame Clicquot used to say 200 years ago, “Our black grapes give the finest white wines” an affirmation that still rings true. Beloved for its versatility, the Pinot Noir grape expresses itself differently according to its growing conditions and the year in which it is harvested.

As a fine blend of Veuve Clicquot’s historical Grands Crus, La Grande Dame is the pinnacle of the Maison’s oenological prowess, with an immense ageing potential.

Held up to the light, La Grande Dame 2015 reveals a beautiful, golden robe that sparkles brightly. This solar vintage, while elegant and precise, offers fresh minerality with light floral notes of jasmine and acacia on the nose, which evolve into fruity notes of pear and clementine. As for the first sip, it envelops the palate with a delightfully subtle, silky texture.

Created by Elmer T. Lee, the iconic master distiller of the Ancient Age distillery (renamed Buffalo Trace in 1999), the first single barrel bourbon celebrates its fortieth anniversary this year. It pays tribute to Colonel Albert Bacon Blanton, who managed the distillery from 1912 to 1952 and notably advocated for the abandonment of the barrel rotation system in the warehouses. This remarkably elegant and smooth single barrel is particularly expressive and offers a constant stream of incredibly pure fruity, spicy and cereal flavours and aromas. Never short of things to say, the tasting reveals unexpected notes of blackcurrant bud on the retro-nasal olfaction.

With this Reserve Cask Collection, we’re proud to bring you an Extra Old, Single Cask Jamaican rum aged 18 years. Notes of tobacco, almond, and anise pair together delightfully with notes of tropical fruits and lemongrass to create an exceptionally bold and aromatic expression.
