Initially released as a limited time offering, George Dickel is excited to announce the return of George Dickel 17 Year Old Reserve, an incredibly rare, aged Tennessee whisky. Inspired by the previous release and its dedicated fans, General Manager and Distiller Nicole Austin intentionally searched for barrels that captured what made the original liquid special.
With a woody, robust profile, the newest release pays homage to the old liquid while featuring subtle contrasts that differentiate the two. This perfectly aged, cask-strength release boasts complex aromas of crème brûlée, apricots with hints of plum and juniper on the palate and a rich cedar finish.

In pursuit of its goal of offering the greatest American whiskey, Michter’s first released its Celebration Sour Mash in 2013. This watershed moment in United States whiskey history marked the first time that an American company was offering a rare blend intended to rival the finest spirits made anywhere else in the world. For this release, Michter’s Master Distiller Dan McKee consulted with Michter’s Master of Maturation Andrea Wilson. He selected whiskey from seven extraordinary barrels, three Kentucky Straight Bourbon and four Kentucky Straight Rye, with the youngest being over 12 years old and the oldest being over 30 years old. The fourth ever release of Michter’s Celebration Sour Mash, the 2022 Edition, is McKee’s second.
TASTING NOTES: on the nose - The luminous sweetness of tropical fruit green mango, melon, pineapple instantly shines. It then cedes to more temperate notes, the tingle of orange zest, the mist of a mandarin orange. The wine breathes, revealing its freshness The bloom after the rain. A tactile sensation of peony, jasmine and lilac.
on the palate - The wine immediately imposes its ample presence, full and massive. A sappy sensation dominates as the tactile is rapidly overtaken by the aromatic. The body unfolds generous, firm and controlled. Then it contracts, letting the wine vibrate with spices and pepper. The energy is sustained to a scintillating, saline finish.
The 2010 Harvest: With the lowest temperatures since 1996 the first part of the year contrasted with the entire decade. Winter frosts and a cool spring were reminders of the vineyard’s northerly latitude. The summer was hot, but not excessively so, and infrequent rain confirmed a particularly dry year.
Suddenly, in mid August, everything changed The equivalent of two months of rain fell in just two days With the heat and the water, maturation was fast and generous, but the harvest began with botrytis mold attacking the pinot noir grapes
As in 1995 the grapes had an elevated balance, at the same time sweet and acidic, but some parcels had to be left out and others sorted in order to bring out the best in a vintage rich in contrasts.
Dom Pérignon has a creative ambition, the quest for harmony as a source of emotion.
All creative processes have their constraints For Dom Pérignon it is the vintage.
An absolute commitment to bear witness to the harvest of a single year, whatever challenges it brings, even going as far as not declaring a vintage.
Time is fundamental in the Dom Pérignon equation The active maturation is the time spent in the bottle while on the lees in the darkness of the cellars. Each Dom Pérignon vintage slowly undergoes a metamorphosis, intensifying to achieve the three successive Plénitudes windows of expression that speak for themselves and reveal another aspect of the Dom Pérignon spirit.
After more than eight years of maturation in the cellars, Dom Pérignon Vintage becomes the First Plénitude that of harmony Everything is there, with great precision, in a highly accomplished balance which ensures a long lasting Dom Pérignon.
Dom Pérignon Vintage 2010 was a bold wager, the fruit of an unwavering commitment to expressing nature, coupled with the freedom that makes audacious endeavors possible. Dom Pérignon Vintage 2010 is a wager that has been won thanks to inspiration and to the mastery that comes from experience. The passage of time has revealed the grandeur of this vintage of which Dom Pérignon is among the very few to bear witness.

Envejecido en Andalusia, Espana
Each bottle accompanied by two hand cut Danforth pewter toppers depicting Magellan and LapuLapu in their final battle.
Following LapuLapu’s victory in the Philippines, a sole surviving ship from the Magellan-Elcano expedition returned to Andalusian Spain, completing the world’s first circumnavigation. Five hundred and one years later, the boss hog makes its own epic landfall with The One That Made It Around the World.
To create this ridiculously rare “B-side” of The Boss Hog, eleven barrels of The Boss Hog VIII encountered all four barrels from the VII/VIII sequel. Aged In Andalucia, Espana, the whiskey was lost at sea in the spring of 2022. WhistlePig celebrates its happy recovery with a set of limited edition toppers inspired by the battle of resistance.
A nose of red apple skin, chocolate malt, crème caramel, and raisin leads to a floral and dry palate with a lightly salty edge that leans into a finish of clove complemented by baked apples and currants.
The original Mars Maltage Cosmo debuted at the Tokyo International Bar Show in 2015, a blend of 100% malted barley distillates that helped establish Mars’ talent for blending and finishing at a time when few Japanese distilleries transparently addressed taking the traditional Scottish approach to vatting; subsequent vintages continue the same methods while featuring varying finishing casks. The name is a nod to nearby Mt. Kosumo, a peak in Japan’s Central Alps, the mountain range that so often inspires the whiskies of Mars Shinshu!
