Grape Brandy finished in Weller Ex-Bourbon Casks

This blend from six single casks of Armagnac aged between 13 and 36 years has been traditionally aged in Gascony oak barrels. It is then finished in Kentucky bourbon barrels, therefore losing its official Armagnac appellation of origin. The labels for L'Encantada Tattoo bottlings each feature a tattoo artist known for their celebrated designs and artistry.

Tattoo Series #3 is blended from the following single casks:

• Domaine Del Cassou 1986 # 20
• Domaine Grand Môle 1990 # F60
• Domaine Le Pin 2005 #12
• Domaine Pouy 2008 # 164
• Domaine Petit Clavary 2009 #91
• Domaine Le Pin 2009 #19

Each cask was finished between three and five months in Kentucky Bourbon barrels, blended together, then aged further in the same barrels for one more month.
