Artisinal Cachaca From Brazil
Nossa is a 100% cane single estate artisanal cachaça from Minas Gerais, Brazil. Cut by hand, freshly pressed, and produced from harvest to barrel to bottle at the Fazenda Santo Antônio in the small town of Pitangui.
For the 2023 expression, Nossa is aged two years in first use local Amburana barrels. This imparts its vivid golden color, notes of spice and toasted cinnamon alongside the terroir-driven earthy hogo of pure cane that cachaça is famed for.

Notes of spices such as toasted cinnamon, nutmeg, tonka bean, dry fruits, almonds with honey, hints of earthy grass.
PALATE
Smooth and velvety, concentrated bursts of sweet and spice. Delicate florals, toasted coconut and vanilla into a lingering fresh sugarcane finish.
