2025 Hardin's Creek release from Jim Beam. For 11 years, this whiskey rested in one of our oldest warehouses. Burrowed among the barrels, it spent season after season building up the strength and depth we enjoy in it now.

The fourth and final batch of Booker’s Bourbon for 2024 is a tribute to a cherished friend of the Noe family, Jimmy Russell. A close friend to my dad and a second father figure to me since my dad’s passing in 2004.
This batch boasts a rich amber color shaped by the charred white oak barrels it aged in until the barrels were dumped. I first tasted this batch at my kitchen table, and its aroma filled the whole room. That first sip is sweet and smooth, and the way the vanilla notes mixes with the brown spice notes is just right- inviting you in for another taste. The finish is very pleasant and relaxing in taste.
I am really proud to put this batch together for Jimmy, and I know my dad would have loved seeing a batch of his namesake bourbon dedicated to his great friend.
This batch was made up of 3 production dates stored in 4 different warehouses. It stands at 125.8 proof and the age is 7 years, 9 months, and 19 days. The breakdown of this batch is as follows:
12% came from the 5th floor of 7-story warehouse Z
20% came from the 5th floor of 7-story warehouse 1
46% came from the 3rd floor of 7-story warehouse 3
22% came from the 4th floor of 7-story warehouse Q
One of the last years that Pappy Van Winkle 23 was bottled using Stitzel-Weller juice before Buffalo Trace began using its own barrels for producing Pappy Van Winkle.
WhistlePig has become the blockbuster franchise of whiskey. Every release generates the kind of anticipation usually reserved for summer Marvel releases.
Their Boss Hog series, now in its twelfth year (and having picked up some major hardware over the years: Best in Show at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition, Best of the Best by Robb Report multiple times, and Best Rye Whiskey at various competitions), remains the most collectible limited edition series in American whiskey, a simply stunning accomplishment, given how many distilleries are desperately trying to create their own cult followings.
Now comes Boss Hog XII: Feather & Flame: a single barrel, cask strength rye that takes a hard left turn into ancient Mexico tradition.
Matured in Pulque Curado de Cacao barrels, which have been seasoned with agave-fermented pulque and cured with cacao and Mexican chili peppers, it somehow manages to summon the complex essence of Xocolatl, the sacred chili chocolate drink that neither the Aztecs nor we, it seems, are able to get enough of.
It's the world's first Pulque Curado barrel finish for rye whiskey, because, apparently, regular barrel finishes have become too pedestrian for WhistlePig's ambitions. It also happens to be among WhistlePig's oldest rye whiskeys, not to mention among its most potent (with a powerful proof that clocks in between 104.8-108.4).
From the first nosing, you get caramel, dark chocolate, and orange zest that hints at the wild ride ahead. The palate delivers notes of bright citrus balanced by soft oak and cocoa with wave upon wave of subtle earthy spice, while the finish brings a dramatic one-two burst of savory cacao that gives way, marvelously, to herbaceous chili pepper.
A whisky that defies nearly every expectation … as it dazzles your mind and your palate, both.
And by the way, the packing is every bit the equal of the liquid within. Each bottle is crowned with an equally collectible Vermont handmade pewter topper depicting a feathered pig deity, wielding Aztec chilis and a traditional chocolate whisk.
These collectible pewter toppers are designed and cast by hand just 11 miles from the WhistlePig Farm, while each back label features NFC technology for collector registration and authentication.
This is a must-have for rye lovers, for WhistlePig fans — really, for anyone who loves great American craft.
100 Proof
Rye fans will love this robust whiskey. Bottled at 100 proof this traditional rye is packed with the familiar spice and pepper that rye whiskeys are known for. However, it is well rounded with notes of clove, cinnamon and raw honey.

The 2022 Birthday Bourbon is presented at 96 proof. After showing exceptionally unique character during a tasting panel, the 11-year old barrels were chosen specifically for Birthday Bourbon. The full allotment of product represents one day’s production of Old Forester.
The whisky, created by The Macallan Whisky Mastery Team, is matured in a combination of first fill sherry seasoned American oak casks and refill sherry casks.
These have been carefully selected to deliver the classic American oak flavours of vanilla, citrus and sweet oak, naturally derived from the cask during maturation, with a medium, sweet finish that delicately lingers.
Aged for 11 years and finished in Caribbean rum casks, this whisky offers a unique twist on the classic Lagavulin profile. The nose is greeted with the familiar peaty smoke of Lagavulin, enriched with sweet, tropical notes from the rum cask finish. On the palate, the whisky unfolds layers of complexity, combining the intense smokiness and maritime character of Islay with the smooth, sweet flavors of rum, resulting in a harmonious balance of contrasting tastes.
The Lagavulin Offerman Edition Rum Cask Finish 11 Year Old is not just a whisky; it's a journey across seas and flavors. It's perfect for those who appreciate the traditional peaty punch of Lagavulin but are also curious to explore new, adventurous taste profiles. This limited edition release is a must-try for whisky enthusiasts and collectors alike, offering a unique and memorable sipping experience.

Four Roses Super Premium (with Gift Box)
In February 2002, Kirin Brewery Company of Japan purchased the Four Roses brand. Although this is an exclusive release for the Japanese market, it was actually more uncommon to find Four Roses in the US when this was introduced in 1992.
Four Roses bourbon was unavailable in its home country for a long time until Kirin reintroduced it to the American market.
80% of the liquid is over 8 years old, while the other 20% is 10 years or older.
