In 2017 Buffalo Trace released the 15 year bottling with a red foil topper instead of the traditional black. These bottlings became known as “Santa pappy” and are extremely collectible amongst bourbon enthusiasts.
Aged for an unprecedented amount of time in extremely rare casks, this bourbon commemorates the 10th anniversary of our first port barrel fill and honors the legacy of Master Distiller Lincoln Henderson.
This spirit’s extended finishing period in our mizunara oak barrels resulted in a remarkable sequence of flavors that are unlike any other whiskey.
For the second release from our Cellar Collection, we selected our finest 10-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon and finished it in tawny port barrels for 10 months to create a uniquely complex, high-proof whiskey.
Back in the 1960s through the 80s, distilleries were having trouble selling their whiskey in bottles so they started creating unique bottlings through the use of Decanters. Old Crow, which was owned and produced by National Distillers created a full chess set of decanter bottles, complete with all pieces and the ability to send them postage to receive a carpeted chessboard as well. The whiskey inside is 86pf and age stated 10 years, but is among some of the highest rated whiskey by vintage enthusiasts that has ever been produced.

As you open the antique latch, it reveals a felt top that has been covering 2 hand-blown glasses and a bottle of Original Rip Van Winkle Bourbon Aged 10 Years laying gently and securely in a batch of hypoallergenic antique packing straw. The exterior dimensions of this one of a kind gift box are 14.75″W x 10.75″D x 5.75″H. Because each box is handmade, quantities are limited and please inquire for expedited shipping.
The nose is very rich and malty. It’s very fruity and a little tangy, with some subtle musty notes. There are hints of fresh cut grass, hazelnuts, caramel, and dark fruits. There’s a sweetness of maple syrup, fig, caramel apple, and vanilla balanced with malt, yeast, and a dash of pepper. It’s like a fresh baked pie in a glass. The mouthfeel is very buttery and smooth with a little heat on the finish.

Only one in 10,000 casks – including some from long-closed ‘ghost’ distilleries – are hand-selected to craft our exceptionally smooth Blue Label Scotch Whisky. All encased in a unique and beautiful bottle designed by Robert Wun.
The Reserves launched last year (2024) as the first innovation to come from Booker’s Bourbon since the 30th Anniversary launch. The Reserves is an annual, limited-release series by Freddie, to commemorate his grandaddy, 6th Generation Master Distiller Booker Noe, and his contributions to the bourbon world.
The 2025 batch tells the story of some well-traveled barrels: first used to age the beloved Booker’s 30th Anniversary release, then shipped to Jalisco where the Camarena family filled them with El Tesoro’s 85th Anniversary tequila. Finally, those same agave-seasoned barrels returned to Clermont, Kentucky, where Freddie Noe finished a hand-selected batch of Booker’s inside them. This is the very first time across the entire Beam portfolio that a product is finished in tequila barrels.
The result is a one-of-a-kind bourbon – uncut and unfiltered. It was bottled at 123.3 proof and aged exactly eight years, ten months and eleven days.
“In many ways, it’s the same Booker’s you know and love,” Freddie Noe said. “Always uncut and unfiltered. But in other ways, The Reserves is something new, inspired by my granddaddy’s boundless curiosity and relentless pursuit of flavor.”
Winemaker Notes: This non-vintage Rose is the end result of a desire to create a Rose champagne with a delightfully luscious, fruit-based charm. Jacques Peters, the cellarmaster, and his team wanted a champagne that would be accessible and naturally engaging while conserving Veuve Clicquot's essential values in terms of style.
The wine has a luminous color with attractive pink glints. The nose is generous and elegant, with initial aromas of fresh red fruit (raspberry, wild strawberry, cherry, blackberry), leading to biscuity notes of dried fruits and Viennese pastries (almonds, apricots and brioche). The fresh attack is followed by a fruity harmonious sensation on the palate. The wine is perfectly balanced in the best Veuve Clicquot style of pink champagnes, combining elegance and flair. The wine works its magic—this delectably full champagne can be enjoyed as a true delicacy. A deliciously fruity wine in early bloom, this is a wonderful aperitif to be shared as a twosome or simply with friends.
