Originally, mezcal was produced by blending ripe agaves found in the fields. The Master Mezcaleros selected the agaves, and even though they were different types, they carried out the entire production process.
Ensambles is our version of those original Mezcales, offering greater complexity and blending the flavors of the Maguey Espadín with wild varieties such as: Barril, Mexicano, Tepeztate, Tobalá, Coyote, Arroqueño and a special edition of four Agaves.

Since opening in 2016, the Tsunuki Distillery has been garnering plenty of attention and snatching down awards for their incredible Japanese Single Malts. The Tsunuki 2024 is now the 5th main release coming from the distillery and continues to refine the deep, expressive flavor that they have become known for. This edition marks the first inclusion Virgin Spanish Oak casks as the primary maturation vessel. Supported by ex-bourbon barrels, as well as sherry casks, this latest edition yields beautifully complex aromatics of strawberry jam, orange leather, and red bean pastry. Classic Tsunuki flavors of bitter chocolate, black tea, and pastry cream are complimented with fresh notes of blackberries and juicy oranges. The brilliant finish is full of bittersweet cocoa, camp smoke, and lemon peels.
Father of Onofre and fourth generation Maestro Mezcalero himself, Alberto Ortiz has done what he does best, creating traditional mezcals naturally with zero additives. The flavors are vivid evoking sweet tomato, black pepper, dried chiles, coconut and a bright mineral finish.
This very limited 20-year-old bourbon whiskey lives up to its name, maturing twice as long as the standard Eagle Rare 10-year-old bourbon and featuring two beautifully-sculpted crystal glass eagles in the Double Eagle decanter.
A true collectors’ item, Double Eagle Very Rare is presented in a luxurious silver box and crystal decanter. Very few bottles were produced, with an individually-numbered letter of authenticity included with each.
The 2020 Fortaleza Winter Blend Reposado Tequila is a luxurious and exclusive blend made from three carefully selected barreled tequilas. Made from a combination of American oak ex-beer barrels, American oak ex-bourbon barrels, and French Oak barrels used to mature the 2019 Winter Blend, this tequila has a distinct and sophisticated flavor. The American oak selections were aged for at least 6 months, while the French oak juices were rested for 10 months. After careful marriage and a final touch of 46% ABV, only 7,050 bottles were produced, making this a highly sought-after and delightful tequila.
May be 700ml or 750ml bottlings.

The first bourbon in our wood-finishing series, Maker's Mark 46™ was created by Bill Samuels, Jr., to amplify the flavors he loves in Maker's Mark®. The innovative wood-stave-finishing process starts with fully matured Maker's Mark® at cask strength. We then insert 10 seared virgin French oak staves into the barrel and finish it for nine weeks in our limestone cellar. The result is Maker's Mark 46: bolder and more complex, but without the bitterness typical of longer-aged whiskies.
This product contains typical hairline and vertical wax cracking as is frequent on these bottles.
The 2024 expression is a 16-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey. Approximately 5,100 bottles will be produced.

During the 1970s and 1980s, Michter’s Original Sour Mash Whiskey was the distillery’s single most popular product. While the “Sour Mash” moniker originated from the whiskey production process of the same name – whereby some previously fermented mash is used as the starter for the new mash to be fermented, much like making sourdough bread – Michter’s Original Sour Mash earned distinction for its unique taste. With its unique grain selection, it cannot be categorized as a rye or a bourbon. After disappearing from the market in 1989, Michter’s Original Sour Mash Whiskey made a triumphant return in 2012 with its introduction into the US★1 line. Staying true to the profile and palate of its predecessor, Michter’s US★1 Sour Mash has quickly become a favorite of whiskey enthusiasts.
Upon its being named “Whisky Of The Year” for 2019 by The Whisky Exchange, Michter’s US★1 Sour Mash Whiskey became the first whiskey made in the United States to ever achieve this honor.
