This marvel ages in oak barrels following the exclusive “Soleira” method, harmoniously combining cachaças from 6 to 15 years old.

It has a golden color, and its taste has notes of caramel, honey, dry fruits and vanilla. Its smoothness can be enjoyed neat, on ice, as an aperitif or after dinner.

One whiff confirms the luscious benefits of long aging in American oak. Soft aromas of roasted agave, clean vanilla, rich caramel, and smoked nuts merge in a pleasing harmony.

The experience begins with a decadently rich mouthfeel that’s velvety smooth. Long barrel aging mellows the character of the roasted agave, bringing out hints of cooked caramel, dried fruits, and coffee for a finely nuanced complexity.

Rewards agave lovers with the ripe essence of the plant itself, roasted to perfection to bring out its herbaceous depths. A deeper sniff reveals fragrant undertones of fresh herbs and citrus fruits.

Light straw in color, our Reposado tequila presents a delicate, charming nose. The distinctive herbal aroma of roasted agave is delicately balanced with subtle notes of ripe coconut, vanilla and sweet American oak.

Lusciously supple and warming, this agave tequila is rich with succulent flavors, thanks to barrel aging in American oak. Sweet flavors of light caramel and dried fruits lead to subtle notes of vanilla and roasted nuts.

The Keepers Release celebrates those who craft our handmade bourbon at Star Hill Farm. It is inspired by the people who oversee the maturation of our whisky, the true "Keepers" of Maker's Mark.


This bold expression features hints of seasoned oak and brûlée sugar, offering a long and enveloping mouthfeel with notes of dried fruit and roasted sweetness.

The nose is aromatic and appealing with coastal notes, dunnage earth, peat smoke, peppercorns, pickle juice, and oyster shells. An artful blend of select barrels of Three Crosses Whiskey as well as barrels from other distilleries from Texas to Illinois. The blend of bourbons that experience very different aging environs result in a smooth and rich taste profile. Three Crosses Distilling will make a continuing donation of a portion of all bottles sales to the Shriners Children's Hospital.

Beluga Allure Vodka became the symbol of sporting achievements by our Polo Team - a seasoned winner of international polo competitions. The «resting» period of this vodka lasts two whole months. Like the name of the drink, the Allure bottle is exquisite and dainty, elegant and mild.

The exterior of Beluga Allure reflects its exquisite yet mild filling: alluding to the aesthetics of noble polo sport, the bottle is decorated with a label of milk chocolate and ivory colors with gold embossing and metallic elements. The bottle itself gives the impression of an expensive and stylish item, reveling in an atmosphere of luxury and wealth.

Originally, mezcal was produced by blending ripe agaves found in the fields. The Master Mezcaleros selected the agaves, and even though they were different types, they carried out the entire production process.

Ensambles is our version of those original Mezcales, offering greater complexity and blending the flavors of the Maguey Espadín with wild varieties such as: Barril, Mexicano, Tepeztate, Tobalá, Coyote, Arroqueño and a special edition of four Agaves.

The breakdown of barrel storage for the batch is as follows:

·      41% came from the 5th floor of 7-story warehouse 3

·      14% came from the 5th floor of 7-story warehouse 1

·      4% came from the 7th floor of 9-story warehouse H

·      32% came from the 5th floor of 7-story warehouse X

·      9% came from the 4th floor of 7-story warehouse G

“Barry’s Batch” Background: In 1995, we hit a big milestone: our family had been making whiskey for over 200 years. It was high time for some festivities, particularly after the rough go of it bourbon had in the 80’s. Barry took the opportunity to throw a party bigger than any we’d ever had, bringing people from around the world for food, drinks, and a good time. All day, Barry brought Beam pride to everyone in the crowd. He stood front and center on stage from morning to night, his energy never flagging, highlighting what we’d accomplished and drumming up excitement for all we were about to achieve.

He hosted the main event of the afternoon, where we invited anyone and everyone named “Jim Beam” to come on over and join the leaders on stage. He proclaimed their names louder than anyone else, proud to be honoring the name above the door. I can still see him, surrounded by dozens of those Jims, beaming. If it weren’t for Barry, we wouldn’t be where we are today. We’re more than grateful for everything he did and everything he was: a real good guy, and truly one of a kind. So, here’s to you Barry, you’ll always be in our hearts. 

The color of “Barry’s Batch” is a bright golden amber, inviting you to lean in and take in the wonderful aroma. The nose is warm and welcoming, with hints of vanilla and a touch of sweetness from the more than 7 years it spent aging in new white oak barrels.  The balanced finish was smooth and left me wanting more – it’s just that good! I know Dad would have loved to celebrate his long-time friend and colleague with this bourbon named after him. I really hope you enjoy Barry’s Batch as much as I enjoyed creating it!
