For the 2025 release, wood science and maturation are key to the character of Bomberger's Declaration. Michter's Master of Maturation Andrea Wilson commented, "I'm so happy with the result. Once again Chinquapin barrels have contributed to the hallmark flavor of Bomberger's Declaration. For this year's release we used a spectrum of different barrels constructed from wood naturally seasoned outdoors in varying cases from 18 months to 3 years to 4 years to 5 years thus changing the chemistry of the oak's contributions during aging. The result is a bold and multi-dimensional experience to savor and enjoy."

Woodinville 100% Rye Aged 8 Years. This is truly handcrafted whiskey. Planted in the Fall, rye grain lies dormant all winter long under a blanket of snow. When growth resumes, during the scorching summer months on the Omlin family farm in Quincy, Washington, the crop is hand irrigated. Nearly a full year after planting, at harvest, Arnie and son Joel work long hours gathering the grain, which is then trucked across the mountains to Woodinville for milling, mashing and distillation. After distillation, the whiskey is transported back to barrelhouses in Quincy, where it rests in custom-specified, long-seasoned, toasted and charred American Oak barrels.
“None of this is efficient, but it’s 100% worth it,” say Woodinville co-founder Orlin Sorensen. “We are laser-focused on quality, and if it takes an extra step or two on the journey, we’ll absolutely forge that path. We’re here to make the best craft whiskey in America, and we’re excited to share this Woodinville 100% Rye Aged 8 Years.”
Woodinville 100% Rye Aged 8 Years Tasting Notes: Dark molasses, clove and brown sugar on the nose, followed by cinnamon, vanilla, dark honey and touch of dried cranberry on the palate. It offers a long warm peppery finish with a dry oaky grip in your mouth.
Kentucky- This small batch bourbon is aged on OCEARCH boats as they travel the seas. The constant movement of the liquid in the barrels ages the whiskey faster because the more of the liquid is in contact with the wood more often. The result is a spirit with rich and complex flavors.
**VOYAGE MAY VARY**
Cartier 30 is an unaged rum produced in the town of Santa Maria Tlalixtac, Oaxaca. Along the steep slopes of this region, the Krassel family plants, harvests, and distills 100% organic java sugarcane from altitudes as high as 4,000 feet above sea level.
Distilled from fresh cane juice, the name refers to a specific level of alcohol measured on the Cartier scale, which eventually fell out of use in favor of the alcohol by volume. 30 on the Cartier scale translates roughly to 70% abv and was the preferred strength for many folks in the village, where historically it’d be mixed with a bit of fresh cane juice and shot.
This traditional aguardiente is fermented naturally and distilled in the Krassel family’s custom-built still, originally designed by Max Krassel who immigrated to Mexico from Germany in the 1930s. The still produces no heads or tails and the distillation ABV is regulated by the temperature of the cooling chambers and the flow of the fresh cane juice to the boiling chamber.
Bottled at 70.3% abv with no sugar or water added. Funky, grassy, briney, and punchy, this is a rum for fans of unaged rums packed with flavor and character.
