Artisinal Cachaca From Brazil
Nossa is a 100% cane single estate artisanal cachaça from Minas Gerais, Brazil. Cut by hand, freshly pressed, and produced from harvest to barrel to bottle at the Fazenda Santo Antônio in the small town of Pitangui.
For the 2023 expression, Nossa is aged two years in first use local Amburana barrels. This imparts its vivid golden color, notes of spice and toasted cinnamon alongside the terroir-driven earthy hogo of pure cane that cachaça is famed for.

To make The Balvenie DoubleWood, David Stewart MBE takes whisky that has spent at least 12 years in traditional whisky casks, American Oak ex-bourbon barrels and hogsheads, and moves it to Spanish oak ex-Oloroso sherry casks for an additional nine months.
The whisky is then transferred to large oak vessels called “tuns” for 3-4 months to allow the whiskies from individual casks to “marry”.
The Balvenie DoubleWood single malt whisky gains its distinctive character from being matured in two different wood types. Each stage lends different qualities to the resulting single malt whisky.
The traditional casks soften and add delicate character, the sherry wood brings depth and fullness of flavor and the final few months in our tuns allow the whiskies to marry harmoniously.

We created this whiskey in partnership with RdV, bringing together the best in Virginia wine and whiskey alike. Barrels of our high rye mashbill bourbon is bottled at barrel proof once it hit 9 years old. Bold baking spice, sweet honey, rich maple and Demerara sugar pop on the nose while deep tobacco, vanilla and decadent caramel shine on the palate. We produce Hunt Country to have a long, satisfying finish that ties together sweet dessert character and satisfying spice for a perfect pour.

Scent and flavor

Nose: An immediate tingle in the nose from the combined rye grains in the bourbons and their age. Followed by a smooth caramel and vanilla pause. Lastly, comes a mild and gentle chocolate vanilla oak.

Palate: The spiciness of the combined bourbon grains, along with the tannins in the wood barrel tingle the mouth with flavor. Followed by a soft flow of bourbon vanilla tea and soft wine.

This 2024 release of Bomberger’s Declaration Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey continues the flavorful tradition of using bourbon aged in Chinquapin (Quercus muehlenbergii) oak. The Chinquapin oak was naturally air dried and seasoned for three years before being toasted and charred to our exacting specifications. This year’s release also includes bourbon with malted rye in the recipe. The marrying of these bourbons results in a bold and vibrant whiskey with many layers of rich complexity.
Today, Glengyle Distillery is operated by the staff of Springbank Distillery, and uses barley that has been malted at Springbank in order to produce its own single malt whisky. In addition, the distillery is the focus of innovation and experimentation for the Springbank staff — the distillery has used peated malt (a type of malt typically reserved for distilleries on Islay) and has quadruple distilled whisky in order to test its texture and flavor profile. This Kilkerran 12 year is a lightly peated whisky, comprised of 70% bourbon casks and 30% sherry casks. Expect beautiful honeyed aromas, complex flavors of sweet spice, and smooth vanilla.
Part of the limited core range, the Kilkerran 8 year old cask strength is released annually, either as a one or two part release. Previous releases have included full maturations in Bourbon, Port and Sherry, with the latest releases fully matured in Oloroso Sherry.
