In the pursuit of intense and original flavors, our team set out to create a new generation of heirloom corn. The early growing years were curated by our team, with only the finest kernels selected for eventual growth in the fields. Years later, that corn – proprietary to Widow Jane - was harvested, driven to Red Hook and mashed, fermented & distilled, and placed into new, charred American oak barrels. The wait was a test of endurance, but the payoff? Exquisite. Because when you start with the finest raw materials, the result is extraordinary bourbon.

Baby Jane is a bourbon whiskey made from our own unique heirloom corn, “Baby Jane." This unique corn has depth, sweetness and creamy-spiciness that makes Baby Jane Bourbon truly different. Distilled by Widow Jane Distillery in Red Hook, Brooklyn and in Kentucky. True small batch bourbon; hand-assembled in Brooklyn, blended only a few barrels at a time. Non-chill filtered and proofed with our own mineral water from the legendary Rosendale mines of New York.

With Cazcanes, you won’t find a large scale distillery producing tequila for multiple brands. What you will find is a boutique-style distillery that operates in harmony with the land, environment, and the natural spring that preserves it. Cazcanes takes a distinctive approach to produce hand-crafted tequila from start to finish.

Cazcanes sources natural artesian water for our tequila. The water starts off as rain high up in the pristine peaks of the San Pedro De Los Landeros Mountains. It slowly travels through natural minerals deep within the volcanic mountains before emerging at the Navichi springs.

We hand select each individual 100% Weber Blue agave for harvest during peak sugar levels to deliver a distinct Cazcanes taste. The “piñas” are then cooked and put through our roller mill to extract and concentrate their flavors.

Next comes fermentation using, natural wild yeast, followed by distillation in our alembic stills.Our attention to detail continues through every step of our small batch process until our tequila finds its final resting place in a hand-blown glass bottle.

Cazcanes Tequila No.7 Reposado is the first Reposado offering from Mr. Collin Edwards, the award-winning Master Distiller of Cazcanes Tequila.  It also was awarded a Bronze Medal from the 2018 San Francisco World Spirits Competition and a Gold Medal from the 2020 Sip Awards.

Ardbeg 'The Spectacular' Single Malt Scotch Whisky, originating from the revered Islay region of Scotland, is an embodiment of the island's rugged charm and maritime influence. With a rich amber hue, it captivates the senses with its complex nose, offering a symphony of peat smoke, brine, and hints of citrus and vanilla. KI NO BI, matured in Kilchoman Bourbon cask
The Kyoto Distillery is proud to partner with an independent Scotch whisky producer, Kilchoman Distillery, for an innovative collaboration with KI NO BI Kyoto Dry Gin.

Kilchoman is a small-scale, farm-based distillery located on the Scottish island of Islay. The distillery grows barley and has maltings on-site for its single malt whiskies.

Edition K is matured in American oak barrels previously used for Kilchoman’s single malt whiskies, and is carefully monitored by the distillery team to ensure that the influence of smoke and peat are in perfect harmony with the original botanical blend.

Batch Proof, however, takes Woodford Reserve’s trademark flavor range of sweet vanilla and toasted oak to a whole new level offering consumers the privilege of tasting Woodford Reserve in its purest form (and not the standard 90.4 for which Woodford is known).

The International Order of St. Hubertus is comprised of an international group of individuals, Ordensbrothers, who are passionate about the sports of hunting and fishing, and who are vitally interested and actively involved in the preservation of wildlife, its habitat, and the tradition of ethical hunting and fishing. Ordensbrothers include dedicated upland bird hunters, duck hunters, and hunters of larger and big game. A number of Ordensbrothers are also avid freshwater and fly fishermen, as well as big game fishermen. One constant among all Ordensbrothers, however, is that these hunting and fishing pursuits and the preservation of wildlife, habitat, and our hunting and fishing heritage and traditions is a real and personal interest. Two well-bred ryed bourbons and one finished bourbon each complementing the others in this, our 10th edition pact. In honor of this double-digit milestone, we’ve achieved a double finish. The first finish was perfected in Cabernet Franc barrels, with the second refined in Merlot casks.

2024 - 01, "SPRINGFIELD BATCH"

MASTER DISTILLER NOTES
The first Booker’s batch of 2024 is called the Springfield Batch to honor my dad’s hometown of Springfield, Kentucky. This rural town in central Kentucky is where Booker Noe, my dad was born and raised. He worked on many farms when he was growing up, from the hay fields to tobacco patches. The batch is made up of 5 production dates stored in 4 different aging warehouses. The age is 7 years, 7 Months, 8 days and is 124.5 proof. The breakdown of barrel storage for Booker’s “Springfield Batch” is as follows:

17% came from the 5th floor of 9-story warehouse G

7% came from the 4th floor of 9-story warehouse H

31% came from the 5th floor of 7-story warehouse Z

45% came from the 4th floor of 7-story warehouse 3

The color of this Booker’s batch is a rich golden amber from over 7 years of aging in the new white oak barrels. The nose has a nice, pleasant aroma of sweet brown sugars and vanilla. The taste is balanced with a pleasant heat. The finish is long and warm which I appreciated during the cold days we experienced in January here in Kentucky. I know Dad would love tasting this batch and sharing stories about his hometown. I hope you enjoy this first batch of Booker’s for 2024.
