Tapatio Anejo Tequila is aged for 18 months in American white oak whiskey barrels and has become a cult-like favorite among tequila lovers for its authentic and traditional approach which has slowly disappeared from more modern tequilas. The aroma is full of sweet cooked agave alongside notes of oak, vanilla, and caramel that give way to cinnamon and pepper spices. Tapatio Anejo has a perfectly balanced flavor that keeps the agave as the shining star but is also coupled with cocoa, vanilla, and white pepper alongside some more vegetal and woodier notes. The finish is long, soft, and silky with spices persisting long on the tail end of the palate. Sip slowly to enjoy the complexity of flavors.

Initially released as a limited time offering, George Dickel is excited to announce the return of George Dickel 17 Year Old Reserve, an incredibly rare, aged Tennessee whisky. Inspired by the previous release and its dedicated fans, General Manager and Distiller Nicole Austin intentionally searched for barrels that captured what made the original liquid special.
With a woody, robust profile, the newest release pays homage to the old liquid while featuring subtle contrasts that differentiate the two. This perfectly aged, cask-strength release boasts complex aromas of crème brûlée, apricots with hints of plum and juniper on the palate and a rich cedar finish.

This special and inaugural marriage of Laws San Luis Valley Rye is comprised of just nine barrels ranging in age from five to ten years old and barreled at full proof, the same proof the spirit went into the barrel for aging. These nine barrels consist of two rye mash bills: one being 95% heirloom San Luis Valley Rye and 5% heirloom barley, and the other is 100% heirloom San Luis Valley Rye. In this marriage, every barrel contributes toward creating a harmony of flavor with the younger barrels bringing brighter grain and fruit notes complemented by the older barrels’ richer character and flavors.
TASTING NOTES:
Cinnamon pastry, green melon, mango, papaya and sweet tobacco leaf with a briny earthy and bright lingering finish.

At last, we're thrilled to announce the product of a magnificent collaboration between Reservoir Distillery and the renowned French cognac maker, François Voyer.
For Reservoir’s Cask Experience, we selected a whiskey from our warehouse that married with the flavors of the cognac. François Voyer sent a 100-gallon Limousin barrel previously holding a 2016 cognac which was immediately filled with Reservoir fully matured wheated rye whiskey. It then spent nearly five additional months in the cask acquiring subtle and sophisticated cognac notes until it was ready to be bottled.
The result is an incredibly delicate whiskey with hints of orange zest, honey and light vanilla on the nose. On the palate, you may taste nutmeg, ground cinnamon, peach, apricot and a hint of hibiscus. The finish rounds out with a balanced mix of citrus, floral, green pepper and oak.

For the first batch we have turned to more mature whiskies
aged almost entirely in first-fill Bourbon barrels.
Also, nearly a quarter of the recipe features the last of our
stocks of grain whiskies distilled in the 1990s, a period
when the use of maize was more widespread.This brings
an enhanced buttery weight to the overall composition.
FLAVOUR PROFILE
A complex array of patisserie aromas,
