A blend of Barbados, Jamaica, Guyana, and Trinidad rums made in the style of the historic Royal Navy Rum. Distilled on pot and column stills, this higher proof rum was aged in ex-bourbon casks.

The odyssey of Planteray Rum 2008 Belize begins in the vibrant heart of Belize, where he rests for thirteen years, absorbing the essence of this blessed land. Transported then to the south-west of France, it ends its journey in Ferrand barrels for two more years. This unique double-aging process imbues the rum with unparalleled complexity and depth.

Our Still Strength Blanco (54% ABV) was placed in a Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, first-fill French Oak casks. It was aged for 82 days and then bottled at 50% ABV or 100 proof.

This is a limited edition. This is the only batch that will be made this year.

The second legendary edition

Introducing… the second legendary edition in the Ardbeg Anthology Collection. Matured for 14 years in a marriage of aromatic Madeira and classic bourbon casks, this rare Ardbeg is inspired by the tale of the lesser-spotted Islay Unicorn.

One dark night after a fête at the Distillery, the clip-clop of hooves was heard echoing around the yard. Those less swayed by mythical tales will tell you it was Rory, the Distillery’s greedy Shetland Pony – known for his ill-temper and devilishly sweet tooth. Others believe something else was afoot.

Distillery workers ventured outside to investigate. Rounding the corner, they witnessed a horse-like creature rearing up against a full moon. A ‘horn’ protruding from its head, it cut a chilling silhouette. The next day, rumours swirled about a sighting of Scotland’s national animal… a Unicorn.

Now of course, questions about a raided ice cream truck, Rory’s unlatched gate, and a strangely wafery-looking horn were levelled at the workers. But they know what they saw! Sure, a greedy-guts pony is plausible, but Islay is a mysterious place.

Like the myth itself, this spirit may appear sweet in nature, but it hides a sinister and smoky twist… not to be underestimated.

Through experimenting with blend ratios, Owen created a traditional bourbon with a modern twist, seamlessly combining flavors from three distinct barrels sourced from around the world.

The artistry of Angel’s Envy Triple Oak lies in how each barrel’s character enhances the blend. The French oak brings the strongest flavor of all, providing hints of baking spices, chocolate, and cinnamon. It is complemented by the Chinkapin oak, a seasoned local Kentucky oak, which adds notes of caramel, vanilla, and a rich coffee layer. Bulleit Rye 12-Year-Old is a limited-availability extension of Bulleit Rye Whiskey, America's #1 selling rye whiskey1. The 12-Year-Old uses the same mash bill as the flagship Rye:  95% rye and 5% malted barley- one of the highest rye percentages on the market. Aged and matured to perfection in new charred American white oak barrels for a minimum of 12 years, this 2024 release incorporates whiskey from barrels aged up to 17 years in the blend. The result is a smooth, aged taste as before, but with nuanced differences from the 2019 release. On the nose, we get light, fruity, woody-oaky, floral, and vanilla-spice notes. Bottled at 92 proof (46% ABV), on the palate it is semi-sweet, clean, and crisp. The finish is enjoyable with a slight-woody vanilla spice taste.

Chichicapa has a medium nose and a complex taste with lots of citrus
and a long, smooth finish with overtones of mint. The pueblo elevation
is 5052 ft. (1540 meters) in a broad valley with a desert and tropical
micro-climate.

Del Maguey mezcals are twice distilled and unblended from 100% mature
agave Espadin and are produced the original, 400-year-old hand-crafted
way. Production is limited to exclusive quantities per year to preserve
