Rare Character Single Barrel Combo - Jack Rose VEN-494 & GLN-125

Made from a quince variety known as, "Ronda," grown in upper Austria only the perfectly ripened fruits are hand picked, cleaned, sorted and chopped before fermenting naturally without the use of any additives. References of quince go back at least to the Trojan wars, and in those ancient cultures was seen as a symbol of love and fertility. This eau de vie draws out the elusive essence of this fruit in a way we have never tasted before. The flavors work their way from honeysuckle, chamomile and vine flowers to a crescendo of passion fruit, sweet herbs, white pepper, fresh ginger and cooked quince.

Expect huge, juicy sweetness and flavor from maturation in bourbon barrels and 2 year finish in sweet Pedro Ximenez casks. Fruity and thick nose with almond, hazelnut and cocoa. Rich and fruity on the palate with buttery biscuit base and sweet pipe tobacco. Finishes long.

Octomore 17.3 is a showcase of single farm, single field and singe vintage whisky making. Exploring the influence of barley grown exclusively in Irene’s Field on Octomore Farm, Islay, just two miles from the distillery. Aged for five years full-term in a combination of first-fill bourbon barrels and second-fill European oak that includes Ribera Del Duero, Sauternes, Eiswine and Syrah casks, the whisky has been bottled at 132.1 PPM.

You do not get a more traceable single malt than this. We know the farmer, we know the field, and the result is an elemental and expressive dram.

Very Olde St. Nick Immaculata Ancient Cask is a Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey bottled at cask strength by Olde St. Nick Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky.

Built from treasured vintage casks aged up to 15 years, Immaculata is produced in exceptionally small releases. This Lot #6 bottling is presented unfiltered at 118.2 proof, preserving the full character of the whiskey at cask strength.

Part of the Very Olde St. Nick collection from Preservation Distillery, Immaculata reflects the brand's focus on mature whiskey and limited-production bottlings.
