Kentucky- This small batch bourbon is aged on OCEARCH boats as they travel the seas. The constant movement of the liquid in the barrels ages the whiskey faster because the more of the liquid is in contact with the wood more often. The result is a spirit with rich and complex flavors.

Cartier 30 is an unaged rum produced in the town of Santa Maria Tlalixtac, Oaxaca. Along the steep slopes of this region, the Krassel family plants, harvests, and distills 100% organic java sugarcane from altitudes as high as 4,000 feet above sea level.

Distilled from fresh cane juice, the name refers to a specific level of alcohol measured on the Cartier scale, which eventually fell out of use in favor of the alcohol by volume. 30 on the Cartier scale translates roughly to 70% abv and was the preferred strength for many folks in the village, where historically it’d be mixed with a bit of fresh cane juice and shot.

This traditional aguardiente is fermented naturally and distilled in the Krassel family’s custom-built still, originally designed by Max Krassel who immigrated to Mexico from Germany in the 1930s. The still produces no heads or tails and the distillation ABV is regulated by the temperature of the cooling chambers and the flow of the fresh cane juice to the boiling chamber.

Bottled at 70.3% abv with no sugar or water added. Funky, grassy, briney, and punchy, this is a rum for fans of unaged rums packed with flavor and character.

Elijah Craig is proud to continue our legacy on the golf course as the Official Bourbon of the 2025 PGA Championship. This historic tournament will take place at Quail Hollow Golf Club in Charlotte, North Carolina, from May 15-18, bringing together the best in the game—and the best in Bourbon.

To commemorate this partnership, we’re releasing a special version of our award-winning Small Batch. The bottle features exclusive design elements, including the official 2025 PGA Championship logo, a gold coin cork, and a label that proudly displays Elijah Craig’s designation as the tournament’s Official Bourbon. Each bottle is crafted from barrels specially selected from Heaven Hill Distillery’s Q and H1 rickhouses, nodding to Quail Hollow’s place in championship history. This limited-edition release will be available nationally on an allocated basis starting in March 2025

Four Roses Super Premium (with Gift Box)

In February 2002, Kirin Brewery Company of Japan purchased the Four Roses brand. Although this is an exclusive release for the Japanese market, it was actually more uncommon to find Four Roses in the US when this was introduced in 1992.

Four Roses bourbon was unavailable in its home country for a long time until Kirin reintroduced it to the American market.

80% of the liquid is over 8 years old, while the other 20% is 10 years or older.

• T8ke's Tasting Notes:  Big and bright, loaded with spice, citrus, cedar and honey, the juniper sits a touch farther back on the nose with more pepper, coriander, and spice with a touch more vanilla. Grapefruit holds on and the nose is lovely and rich. Palate is viscous, satisfying, layered, lots of honey, juniper, orange peel and a hint of ginger, pepper, a hint of vanilla, grapefruit essence and some orange peel alongside more cedar and a hint of lemon. Long finish, this is the defining difference from our first bourbon barrel, finish hangs on longer with a touch less botanical and a touch more barrel sweetness and balancing spice. 

A special release from Tequila Ocho in collaboration with Heaven Hill, makers of Old Fitzgerald Bourbon. "Old Fitz" is a highly sought after, limited release Bourbon that is prized for the sweeter and softer flavor profile provided by the inclusion of wheat in the mashbill.

This Añejo is aged for 1 year and 1 day in barrels that had previously held the 10 year, 2023 release of Old Fitz.

Tequila Ocho produces Single Estate bottlings where all of the agaves for each batch they produce are harvested from the same field or rancho. The idea is show how the terroir of individual sites is expressed in each batch that is produced. They are focused on the expressiveness of the agaves so their aged bottlings are kept in barrel for the absolute minimum amount of time allowed by law for each category. Their releases are vintage dated and list the name of the site where the agaves came from. Although there is flavor variation from batch to batch (as is the point), they are always well made and highly representative of the Highlands of Jalisco where all of their sites are located.
