Winemaker Notes:

A radiant yellow crystalline appearance with golden glints brought to life by a luminous bead of persistent fine bubbles. There is an olfactory impact due to the richness of harmonious expressions (dry fruits, fresh citrus, and white fruits) coupled with finely buttered seductive notes. A defined aromatic undertone which expresses the mature complexity linked to the vinification in oak barrels.

The caressing and refreshing texture enhances the creamy sensation, dominated by a beautiful bracing vivacity. A burst of flavours (notes of grilled brioche, toffee) thanks to the distinguished power and maturity which is a mark of the great wines of Champagne.

With the looming possibility of discontinuation, the mere suggestion of a chance at savoring the gifted richness of Old Fitzgerald Very Special 12 year old bourbon is one we chomp a the bit for. A product of the proudly distinctive masters of Heaven Hill Distillery, this wonderfully represented whiskey is well worth a spot in any fine liquor cabinet. The aroma is an initial douse of sticky syrup blended with sun dried corn, hewn wheat, and a surprising bite of ripe banana creamed with caramel and vanilla bean. The flavor offers boughs of wheat over a love affair of creamed vanilla, caramel tendrils, and boughs of baking spice all carried by a thick splash of warm mash. The last note of Old Fitzgerald Very Special 12 year old bourbon is a hurrah of more wheated bourbon in bundles of caramel for a clean and neatly crisp vibrancy. Truly savory, meltingly sweet, Old Fitzgerald Very Special 12 Year old is the kind of liquor you will want to sip slowly, engaged in a transcendence of taste and soulful reflection

Laphroaig Càirdeas 2023 White Port & Madeira is a distinctive single malt scotch for consumers looking to expand their horizons when appreciating the finer things in life. Laphroaig is an acquired taste for some, an essential taste for many - and for those who embrace it, a friend for life. Càirdeas means “friendship” in Gaelic. Every year we release a new limited edition bottling in honour of our Friends of Laphroaig.

Laphroaig Càirdeas 2023 White Port & Madeira is a limited-edition single malt that combines Madeira and white port casks. Three quarters of the whisky is matured in second-fill Madeira casks, releasing smoky, spicy and sweet fruit flavors. The final quarter has been finished in first-fill Port casks; the majority of these are white port, adding a hint of crisp fruit and deep woodiness to the flavor. Enjoy neat, over ice or with a few drops of purified water.

This creation symbolizes our journey: how far we’ve come these past 25 years as well as the brilliant future that awaits us. It is also a way for us to thank all the people who have been part of this journey: the talented artisans, all those who are part of the Clase Azul family, and, of course, everyone who has brought a small piece of our Exquisite Mexico into their homes. 

After 15 years of maturation in American white-oak, ex-bourbon casks, around 30% of the whisky is transferred into Spanish Oloroso sherry casks for three years. When both parts have reached 18 years, they are blended together. The Oloroso casks provide an incredible degree of vibrancy, while the American oak balances the raisin-like sweetness of the sherry.

This 30th anniversary edition is a joy to sip even at almost 126 proof. The whiskey is smooth and creamy, with notes of vanilla, baked pears, cinnamon, leather, and a touch of smoke, plus enough heat to remind the imbiber that it's still a Booker's.

A mixture of 3 of the 10 Four Roses mashbill recipes all varying in age. Specifically the 125th anniversary edition contains a mixture of OBSV (18yrs), OBSK (13yrs), and OESK (13 yrs). Light traces of wheat, fresh berries and floral smells stand out with subtle aftertones of fresh nuts and new wood. A mixture of old leather and aged cedar like a cigar box on the palette. Additionally, the berry smell from the nose continues on in the palate and you get light hints of sweet berries and dried fruit.

Released as a highly anticipated summer exclusive for 2026, this "One Year Only" edition commemorates America's Semiquincentennial (250th Birthday). Pouring from the rear of a spectacular silver/chrome pig decanter, this release is as visually striking as it is delicious.

Inside the wax-sealed, hand-bottled decanter is an oversized 1-Liter volume of WhistlePig's revered 10-Year-Old Straight Rye Whiskey. With the 6th release of Frank August's multi-award-winning CASE STUDY series, CASE STUDY: 06 | LEGACY RESERVE | 6 BARREL BATCH, the brand sought to honor the heritage of Kentucky bourbon by blending the past and present; literally and philosophically. Comprised of 9x, six-barrel batches of 8, 9, and 10-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskeys, this release represents a thoughtful dialogue between three of Kentucky's most storied legacy distilleries.

Rather than showcasing a single origin or finish, the intent was to explore how time, place, and tradition converge when approached through a thoughtful lens of blending. Each barrel was selected not for its individual pedigree, but for its ability to contribute nuance, balance, and continuity; layering the elegance of well-aged whiskey with the structure and character that defines Frank August.

The result is a bourbon that bridges generations: deeply grounded in the craftsmanship that built Kentucky's reputation yet guided by a contemporary pursuit of precision and restraint. CASE STUDY: 06 I LEGACY RESERVE is both a reflection on where bourbon has been and a statement on where it can go next.

TASTING NOTES: This 6-barrel blend, composed of two hand-selected barrels each from three of Kentucky's most storied distilleries, brings together 8, 9 and 10-year-old bourbons in a composition that honors legacy while embracing individuality. It's a whiskey shaped by provenance but defined by balance.

APPEARANCE:Rich amber with copper undertones. Viscous and steady, its legs reveal structure and maturity, while its color reflects the depth of seasoned oak and years of patient aging.

NOSE: Inviting and layered, the nose opens with vanilla bean, honeycomb, and caramelized pear. Beneath the sweetness lies a beam of seasoned oak; warm, structured, and unmistakably grounded. Subtle undertones of baking spices, candied fruit, and brown sugar, rise with time in the glass, revealing the depth of its age.

PALATE: Rich and expressive. Waves of butterscotch, dark toffee, and baking spice unfold slowly, balanced by roasted pecan and a hint of orange zest. Theres' a wild elegance to it, an energy that stirs beneath the surface; complex yet composed, like a story that's been passed down, but never told the same way twice.

FINISH: Long and deliberate. Echoes of toasted sugar, charred oak, and dried cherry linger, softened by a silky mouthfeel. Just as it begins to fade, a final note emerges; balanced, elevated, and quietly powerful. A finish that feels nothing short of heavenly.

This bourbon aged and matured in the finest oak barrels from Canton Cooperage at Buffalo Trace Distillery. Harvested from select American white oak, these staves are hand-sorted and open-air seasoned in Kentucky. This rigorous preparation ensures the wood perfectly influences the spirit’s flavor, honoring the storied journey from forest to barrel.

Xoriguer (pronounced sho-ri-gair) is the same today as it always has been. It is the result of distillation in traditional copper stills, using high quality wine alcohol and carefully selected juniper berries, which come from the neighbouring Mediterranean mountains, together with aromatic herbs. These herbs are the jealousy guarded "secret" of the liquor's original bouquet. Only the heirs of family know the identity and proportion of this valuable ingredient, which is added behind closed doors and without witnesses, at the start of each distilling. The respect for tradition is such that the fuel still used today in the distillation is wood. The distillation begins when the vapours which are produced in the still's boiler circulate through copper pipes until they reach a coil, where they condense, forming a precious liquid that drips into jars. An expert tastes the liquid at intervals to determine the precise moment when the distillation is complete. Once this is accomplished the gin is stored in large oak barrels, where it retains unchanging its colour, flavour and aroma, unti it is l finally bottled. Xoriguer, thanks to its unique character and to its distillation from natural products, is free of any unwanted additives which could impair its preservation or spoil any kind of cocktail or mixed drink.
